5-Star Spacious Modern Beachfront Home w/ Stunning Views! Step out to the Beach!

Amazing beachfront location right on the sand of Hollywood beach. Enjoy famous Florida views from the comfort of the home's giant windows and balconies on both floors. All restaurants, parks, museums, etc. within walking distance. Visit the hip circle and lively downtown Hollywood where all the nightlife begins. This single family home has no home owner's association and is kid friendly. All shopping is within few miles. Many extras included in your stay, including provided adult and kids bicycles you can use to cruise down the boardwalk. This home mixes the lavish beach front views with exciting night life and excursions. This home has hurricane proof windows and doors and was was designed in 2022 with the most modern furniture, finishes, and appliances to be very high end. The countertops are quartz and all the appliances are black stainless with a separate wine cooler. Each bedroom has large flat screen tv's and custom built in closets with comfortable quality mattresses. There are laundry machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor for convenience making it close to the bedrooms on each level. This property is on the 2nd and 3rd floor level with private access from the 1st floor door facing the beach. This home has 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms completely remodeled. There is seating for meals at the kitchen island with 4 bar stools for 4 people at a time and not a formal dining room. There is also a first floor studio unit with its own private access from the parking lot side for 2 people which is rented separately at different times throughout the year. The 1st floor unit for 2 people is approximately 200-400 per night depending on the time of the year. Only the front patio is shared with the 1st floor unit if the 1st floor unit happens to be rented at the same time.

Great beach stay!

Our family came for spring break and loved this property. The location was great on the boardwalk. Everything was very nice especially the bathrooms.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This property is stunning as is the view! The location is on the quieter end of the boardwalk, away from the crowds. The kitchen was well stocked with most of the necessities. My only recommendation would be to bring disposable plates/silverware to cut down on having to do dishes. The house was spotless when we arrived! Our property host made sure to check in with us to make sure our stay was going well which was very considerate. We hope to be able to return again soon. Thanks for a fantastic visit!

Perfect location on the Hollywood boardwalk & Beach

Terrific rental on the boardwalk. Fully renovated with high end appliances and comfortable bedrooms and baths. Well equipped with good bikes, sun shades, infant equipment and ample towels. Responsive, organized owner/property manager. Walk to all conveniences and restaurants and 10 steps to lovely clean beach! Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. It is as pictured. The location is perfect. Our family had a great time on the bikes and enjoying the beach right out our door.

Beautiful townhouse in great location

The townhouse has recently been renovated and all the rooms are very comfortable. There is a ton of storage space and the property had everything we needed for the beach. It even had scooters for kids. The ocean views from the living room and upstairs bedroom are amazing. The location is unbeatable. There is a boardwalk in front of the townhouse for walking & running, and the beach is steps away. It is under a 10 minute walk to the more lively section of the boardwalk (restaurants, bars, ice cream). Georgio's is a great pastry places nearby. The best thing about the location is that it's walkable to many things, but very quiet.

What a beautiful perfectly placed rental. You dont even need to cross a road to get to the beach. Clean, spacious, gorgeously updated. Beach toys and bicycles. There wasnt anything more we could've wanted.

Hollywood Beach Summer Fun

Second year - we did not feel disappointed or had a negative word while staying at this townhome! It was clean and felt comfortable for our 7 adults and 3 youngsters to creat our family memories. It had beach stuff for us to use and games. It was a perfect place for us all to be together and fit - since we only get to see each other in the summer. Thank you for allowing us to use this town home.

Amazing Location

Incredible location and very very clean and well stocked. My complaints are that seating is very limited. Only 4 seats to eat at. And no ceiling fans make it really hot to sleep. Had to keep ac really low so we could sleep at all. Overall great property with these exceptions that I mentioned.

Even nicer than the pics and an amazing location

We loved our stay on this property. The location is perfectly nestled between two busier areas of the beach. The ocean views are incredible, and the house has all the amenities to take full advantage of the beach. We took advantage of the bikes, the chairs, and the generous number of beach towels. It is a very short walk or bike ride down the beach to all the restaurants and activities. It’s wonderful to go have a nice dinner in the crowded areas and then return to this peaceful location for a quiet evening. The kitchen was well equipped, though we did all of our meals outside the unit. Everything was immaculate inside the property. We love the modern style and all the creative touches, including the lighting, furniture, and the huge TVs. We would definitely come back again.

Great View

Nice property, with a great view. Everything was in very good shape. The acoustics could be better, because the unit has all hard surfaces. but that was the only drawback we found. My wife and I, and our son, his wife, and 5 year old stayed in the unit, and it had plenty of room. We liked the bikes they had the garage. Two of our older grad kids came over an rode with us one at a time on a 20 inch bike they had there. The patio was also very nice.

Fantastic Family Stay

Our family enjoyed it. Would not suggest for an elderly person unless they are active (2 steep stairs). For our family it was great. Lots of rules that have to be followed which made it a little hard for having little ones renting with family. The major thing for us was the rule about having to clean the place before we leave, such as sweeping the place, wash all the bedsheets and towels etc… When we go on vacation we don’t expect to clean. I was surprise that there isn’t a cleaning lady who does it. We would have been happy to do so. I love that the restaurants are near by which made it easy for the family. The beach is right there and that is lovely. I have family in Miami and they came by and hung with us on the beach. We did not find any umbrellas and non to rent on the beach that was a bummer due to the heat in Florida. My husband and I loved the location and the place was beautiful, we would love to stay here again but double thinking of it because of the chores requested, makes it deal breaker. We did follow the requested requirements and took a video of the place upon leaving and hope you all are happy with us on how we left the place, the same as we found it. Thank you

Nice but lacking some necessities

I will start out that this is a beautiful rental in a great location. It sleeps 8 comfortably, it's nicely decorated and location was superb. My frustrations: The house sleeps 8, however there was not enough plates, cups, silverware etc for 8 people. The kitchen necessities were scarce, no frying pans, only 1 pot with lid, some plastic left over storage containers, cutting board... There is 3 counter stools, no table to eat at (my fault for not noticing in the listing) Upon arrival the kitchen was dirty, oven was filthy, crumbs on counter, and refrigerator was dirty inside, and sheets were dirty on one bed.I reached out to the host which he was responsive and had his cleaning team come back to the home, unfortunately it was at 9pm...a little inconvenient, but he did remedy the situation. He did have them also bring a frying pan and an iron, as the iron was missing in the house. We had a storm during our stay and the slider doors in the living room were leaking water all over the tile floor. Host was notified, but not much he could do while we were there and streets were flooding. It's a great property, but for the amount of money you pay to stay here, this host needs to beef up the kitchen amenities and possibly add a small table for eating. The shared outdoor space was uncomfortable for us, as tenants were occupying the downstairs unit and it was awkward, they kept opening and closing their curtains and we were just uneasy using that space

Worse Host Experience

I honestly do not know where to start. So here is a short list: 1. Scott was not accommodating when our flight was delayed. He reprimanded us for contacting his number and not using the VRBO messaging system even though his number was public information on VRBO. We were just trying to arrange getting the code for my mom since we would be in the air and she had already arrived. He told us we woke up his family when we contacted him on Saturday morning after 7am. You are a VRBO host, this is your job. 2. He accused us of breaking items in the home, and using bleach in the laundry machines without providing any evidence. Baseless accusations. I was traveling with my mom, sister, Wife, and my two young daughters, we were in bed every night by 9pm. 3. I messaged Scott ahead of time and asked if there were umbrellas, he said yes. They were all broken upon our arrival. We purchased two more with our own money and left for other guests to use. He didn't notice this, so how accurate is their way to track what has been damaged in the home by prior guests? 4. Overall, the home and location were fine but Scott was the worse host I have every dealt with through VRBO.

Being able to walk right onto the beach and ride a bike to multiple restaurants, convenience stores, shops, and much more is a plus. We have a company that will also deliver E bikes and pick them back up during your stay. The area is a highly sought out vacation area and we provide this home in hopes to offer one of the best in the area and get repeat clients.

What makes this property unique

This home offers breathtaking views with 2 balconies facing the beach. This home is designed very high end with an open floor plan feel. The living room features a fire place, surround sound, balcony views, and power reclining couches. Each bathroom is very roomy with extra large showers that feature rain heads and hand held sprayers. This home has a very large water heater that will accommodate multiple showers at one time with very strong water pressure. Bedroom, living, and kitchen lighting is on dimmers for comfortability. Everything you could need on vacation is included with lots of beach items included as well. Free parking, bikes, body boards, beach towels, and much more is included.
