The owners were very prompt with all responses, and courteous.
We have used Vrbo rentals approximately 5 times and this experience was absolutely the best. This house was very well appointed with fresh furniture, flooring, and decor. The kitchen had every possible appliance, utensil, cooking equipment and a great layout. The photos online are accurate. The photos do not show all the extra amenities, there are over 10 new board games, a large book collection, adult bicycles, binoculars, and more towels and beach equipment then we could use. The Paseo Community is a gem in Fort Myers. There is really no reason to leave, as the community pool is fabulous, the Tiki Bar has good drinks and food and there is weekend entertainment that will not disappoint. The coffee bar, ice cream parlor, The Pub, The Bistro, the movie theater, library are the places we frequented. There is tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocce, and a spa, that we didn’t visit. Just walking around this beautiful community is a good daily activity.
This community is located close the RSW airport , grocery store, many delicious restaurants, department store shopping, golf courses. With the traffic it is about a 30-40 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach, which sometimes doesn’t seem worth the drive since The Paseo pool is like being at a resort.
We felt at home from the first day at this property, and would love to return when it is available. Thanks John & Sandy
