This very cosy Parisian apartment is located one block away from the Georges Pompidou Center in the very heart of the beautiful and chic Marais district.

The buiding dates from the 18th century ( in a very quiet medieval street) . It is located on the 4th floor ( US 5th floor ) with an elevator ( from US 2nd floor ) and a great view on the Georges Pompidou Center.

The nearest metro station «Rambuteau» is one minute walk from the apartment building.

This apartment has recently been fully refurbished with a lot of style. It is oriented south with double glazing . It has exposed beams as well as wooden floors.

This 40m2 apartment is extremely functional and can easily accomodate 4 people with a queen size bed and a fold out couch in the living room.

- Kitchen is open plan with dish washer, washer dryer and a top induction stove. Filter and Nespresso coffee machines available.

- Bathroom has a shower.

- Unlimited WiFi.

- Separate toilets just off the bedroom.

This apartment is a perfect « pied-à-terre « for your Parisian stay, its location is ideal, very central near all the great Parisian highlights, Place des Vosges, Seine river, Saint-Louis island, Notre-Dame and City island, Latin Quarter, Saint-Gremain-des Près and the Louvre.

Location and Louis
What a great long weekend in Paris. Louis had met my wife as she arrived slightly earlier and he was the consummate host. The check in was simple and tailored and he even walked her around the neighborhood to help orient us in the wonderful Marais district. This location couldn’t be better, great wine, cheese, boulangerie, shopping. cafes, you name it, It’s right there. Those classic Paris neighborhoods you have seen, this is it! The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for the two of us. Would definitely stay here again!!

The manager/owner Louis was very gracious and attententive. He arranged a car service to and from the Paris Airport, Charles De Gaulle.He gave comprehensive instructions and contact data.Overall, fanatastic stay. Super comfy.5 Stars

Highly recommended!
We recently stayed in this apartment for eight days and highly recommend it. The owner Louis arranged airport transportation, met us for check-in, and came back to see us off the last day. He was available by phone throughout our stay, and he was easy to communicate with and prompt to reply. During check-in, we realized that we had forgotten to bring converters to plug our American phones and iPads into the French electric receptacles. Louis immediately went shopping while we continued our tour of the Marais neighborhood and quickly returned with two converters for us. Most helpful! The apartment is in an ideal location, near two Metro stations and an easy walk to many museums and attractions. There is a grocery store across the street and many shops and restaurants nearby. Yet, for all this, the apartment is quiet. We heard no noise from traffic or neighbors during our stay. The apartment is filled with light; every space has multiple windows. The shower is modern and spacious with good pressure and lots of hot water. The bed is comfortable and it was great to have a kitchen for coffee and breakfast in the mornings. True, there are four flights of stairs and the elevator is small, but this is not unusual in Paris and we got along just fine with them. This was our first time renting an apartment rather than a hotel in Paris but we will definitely do this again. We look forward to returning to Louis’s Marais apartment.

C’est Superb!
Everything about this apartment was perfect. Amazing host with Louis available for any question - and an easy check-in to boot. This location can’t be beat. It’s in the heart of everything in the Marais; yet, it’s very quiet and peaceful on a lovely side street. A beautifully renovated apartment with all the amenities you need (elevator from floor one, Nespresso machine, great kitchen, etc) . Can’t wait to return and cannot recommend highly enough even as a very frequent and picky traveller. .

Great experience!
Beautiful, clean, quiet apartment in a perfect location. Well-designed with modern appliances. Everything is in excellent condition. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and shopping. We’re in our 70’s and walking up the first flight of stairs was no problem. Louis is an excellent host, responsive and attentive, an ambassador for Paris. On arrival he gave us a walking tour of the neighborhood. Seeing Paris through his enthusiastic eyes increased our appreciation of its beauty throughout the trip. He arranged excellent guides to Versailles and Giverny. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment after checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and Louis was so kind. There is one flight of stairs up to the elevator, easy peasy. A pharmacy and grocery store are located on the corner. The neighboring streets had loads of shops and restaurants. A comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen were appreciated. Metro was convenient too. We would stay there again if we ever are lucky enough to go back to Paris!

Beautiful place, Centrally Located
Our hosts, Louis and Jenevieve, were always in communication before, during and after our trip. They arranged transport from the airport and met us when we arrived. Jenevieve checked us in, made sure we knew how to operate lights, washer, stove, etc. then gave us a quick tour of the community surrounding the apt. The apt was clean and everything worked perfectly. It’s located on the 5th floor but there is a lift for luggage and also fit two people. The bed was very comfortable and we liked that we had a separate space for our living area. Plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!
My wife and I stayed in this comfy flat in the 4th arrondissment for 9 nights during the 2023 Olympics and it was perfect for us! The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, great tv for keeping up with the games, and a nice size living room and bedroom. In the popular Old Marais district, it’s just a block away from dozens of cafes, bars, shops and amazing food stores. Easy access to several metro stations and a short walk to the Seine near the Hotel Deville and Notre Dame. Louis was a perfect host…available when needed, friendly, and knowledgeable. We would absolutely stay there again!

This is a very charming flat with plenty of space for 2. It is extremely well located and one block from the metro. Very clean with comfortable bed and nice shower. The owner of the flat was easy to reach and communicate with, and wanted to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.

Excellent Support and Service from Louis!
This was a very quaint apartment near the Marais District in Paris! We enjoyed 5 days here and couldn't be more thrilled with Louis' support and responsiveness the entire time. He met with us, showed us around, provided support for the metro and maps that we needed, which was really above and beyond! We didn't realize (although he did share this after we booked) that the place was on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't work for anything but the suitcases, I had the flu and have a neck injury which made this difficult to navigate. The unit's washer/dryer doesn't really work, you should make arrangements to have your laundry done elsewhere. The bed was comfy, the showers were hot and the kitchen amenities worked fine, it was very sweet!

Louis the guide
Louis was very helpful and actually gave us a walking tour around the area and made our dinner reservations. We enjoyed a glass of wine with Louis and he introduced us to the owner of the restaurant who was very gracious and took care of us. Louis also arranged car service for us on several occasions. All we hoped for. Also, the elevator is an experience on its own. Thanks Louis

Location Location Location
This is a very well located property in Paris. Although we had been in Paris many times, we never stayed in Le Marais and really enjoyed it. The apartment is small but confortable. We would not have stayed 3 people, but to each their own.;) Also, be advised that there is a 90 euros « Welcome Tax » upon arrival that is not mentioned on the site.

Holiday in Marais
Very central location. Great for experiencing Paris by foot as many sights within walking distance. Neighborhood markets, restaurants and shopping were amazing. Louis; our host gave us a tour or area at the beginning of our visit. Louis checked on us thru our visit ti make sure we were doing ok and to see if we needed anything. The apartment had efficient kitchen, great shower and comfortable beds. Loved the linens; so beautiful. Happy stay!

Paris - Family of 3
Great flat for 6 days in Paris for our family of 3. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. Louis was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We had a lovely walk around the neighbourhood with him when we were checking in. The location is great for grabbing the Metro or walking around. Plenty of great shops in the local area for anything you could want. We look forward to visiting Paris again and staying in this beautiful flat.

La casa è davvero carina, piccola, come quasi tutte le case di Parigi, ma molto ben organizzata. Noi abbiamo trascorso 5 notti con una ragazzina di 11 anni. C'è una camera da letto matrimoniale e un divano letto nella zona giorno, ma lo spazio non è risultato soffocante. L'appartamento è al quarto piano, ma c'è un ascensore dal primo piano, che si è rivelato molto comodo soprattutto con le valigie. E' completamente accessoriato, non manca nulla. Noi abbiamo cenato piacevolmente a casa tutte le sere. La zona è comodissima: 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Les Halles e meno di 1 minuto dal Centre Pompidou, dove c'è un'altra fermata della metropolitana. Sotto casa ci sono supermercati, negozi di alimentari e molti locali. Louis è stato preciso e molto disponibile. L'unica critica: mi sono sembrati eccessivi 90,00 euro per il check in alle 16.30. Ma probabilmente è così.... La consiglio per una vacanza a Parigi

Great apartment in quiet street a short stroll from the Pompidou Centre
This apartment is in a fabulous location close to the Pompidou Centre and in The Marais/Beaubourg district of Paris about a 10 minute stroll to the Paris Hotel de Ville. There is a Metro station (Rambuteau) very close, as well as a food store with all the provisions you could want, a pharmacy and lots of specialty shops for bread, wine, cheeses, patisserie, charcuterie, and lots of restaurants and eateries. This is an exciting and lively part of Paris. The apartment is clean, has all the conveniences you need and is ideal for a couple. It is quite small and compact, but comfortable and the two large opening windows overlooking the street let in lots of natural light and air. It is romantic in a snug, bohemian sort of way. We are a couple in our early 70’s but active and we found this very much to our liking for nine nights. However the apartment is on the fourth floor, which people with mobility issues could find challenging, although there is an elevator once you get yourself and your bags to the first floor (a tiny elevator for 2 people or one person with luggage). One of the best things about this apartment is the owner, Louis, who is extremely helpful. He met us there and showed us how everything worked, then walked us around the local streets showing us where things were and made excellent recommendations for where to buy food, restaurants, where the taxi rank was, etc. - worth the fee he asks for meeting you and showing you around. Merci Louis!

Paris Apartment - Great Location in Marais
This is a little jewel tucked away in the midst of a great area. Lots of history within walking distance, food choices galore and the train/bus super convenient to all the main attractions. Thankful for the small lift so we didn't have to drag our luggage to the 4th floor, but the beds were comfy and most importantly - it is in a prime location!

Charming apt with every convenience
Beautiful clean, neat apt in historic building with elevator in very central location, with exposed wooden beams, view of Paris rooftops and Pompidou Center and full kitchen. Louis is a very responsive, attentive host who answered all my questions before I arrived, met me at the building the day I did to give me the key and show me the unit and even gave me a tour of the neighborhood. There’s a Metro stop around the corner and plenty of grocery options and cafés half a block away. I’ll be back!

Close to Pompidou
Friendly check-in (but does cost you 80 euros). Close to many neighbourhoods. Lift to top floor, but do need to carry luggage to 1st floor to use lift. Louis was helpful in doing this. A bit of an unusual scent when entering, but opened windows and it clears. Dark upon entry, but can roll up blinds to let lots of light in. Bed was comfortable. Pillows ikea (so-so) Linens cotton and decent.

Comfy flat in a great neighborhood
Our party of three had a pleasant six nights in Marias. While small, the apartment possessed a cozy feel; and after a day spent running around Paris, a large unit would have served no real valued purpose. Top 3 Likes: (1) Neighborhood: great food, shops, and cafes within 200 meters; walking distance to subway and Gare Du Nord, (2) Great host: Louis checked in repeatedly during our stay, (3) No surprises. Unit was as advertised. Top 3 wishes: (1) Unit is on top floor and elevator is tiny for a single person, never mind three people! We took the narrow stairs instead; (2) 90 EURO check-in fee for meeting us at the flat seems excessive. It was noted on the listing, but it still feels a bit much; (3) we didn't plan to cook food while we were there, but the oven wasn't working during our stay. We had a great time, and would stay again!
