great location

lovely space and facilities, close to an amazing little beach accessing the lake. only a 20 mins cycle away from Annecy itself. The terras is a great extended outdoor space to the property, vey private not overlooked with stunning views of the ,mountain range. supermarket is conveniently located a 2min walk from the property.

Séjour en famille à Annecy

Parfait séjour avec notre fille de 8 ans et notre bébé de 3 mois. L’appartement est spacieux et super complet. Nous avons passé de belles soirées barbec sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Voisinage très calme, en face d’un camping, à côté de la piste cyclable et à distance à pieds des magasins. Idéal.

Perfect summer holidays

Es waren perfekte sommerferientage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Realität ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos zu erahnen. Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist herrlich ruhig und trotzdem perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge, Radtouren um den See, zum Baden gehen oder Einkaufen. Auch die Croissants beim Bäcker am Morgen sind nur wenige Fußschritte entfernt. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit großartiger Aussicht auf die Berge. Auch an heißen Tagen ist es im Haus, insbesondere in den Schlafzimmer und Bädern angenehm kühl. Die Ausstattung kann nur als wirklich perfekt bezeichnet werden. Vielen Dank, insbesondere auch an Frau Lea für diesen perfekten Aufenthalt, sie war bei allen Fragen oder Sorgen umgehend hilfreich zur Stelle. Wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

Toller Urlsubsort

Wunderbar die zwei separaten Badezimmer und das Inventar in der Küche. In der Wohnung konnte man alles nötige finden vom Bügeleisen bis hin zum Plattenspieler. Der Grill draußen auf der großen Terrasse sollte auch nicht unbeachtet bleiben. Es ist von Annecy nur 7 km entfernt dennoch weil es nur eine Straße dahin gibt hat man im Schnitt ne halbe Stunde Zeit dahin und noch länger zu tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gebraucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt inder Nähe. Wir waren im ganzen sehr mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Kinder wollten nächstes Jahr gerne wieder hin!

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Due Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. In der Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht. Der See ist sehr gut zum Baden und Paddeln. Die Wege und Staßen eignen sich herrvorragend zum Radfahren, Laufen, Wandern und Spazieren und auch die Menschen in dieser Region sind sehr offen und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Uitstekende vakantiewoning

Wij hebben met 3 pubers twee fantastische weken gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een geweldig uitzicht en de locatie is top. Supermarkt om de hoek, dichtbij het fietspad en het meer. We hebben ook mooie wandelingen gemaakt. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de 5 fietsen. Kortom, er is van alles te zien en te doen. De communicatie verliep soepel en vragen werden snel beantwoord. Deze woning is een echte aanrader!!

Séjour très agréable

Au calme, une belle semaine de vacances. Pour les moments àl'intérieur, multitude de BD et jeux! A 2 pas de la piste cyclable, et de commerces, et qqs minutes en vélo ou à pied de la plage de St Jorioz. En face d'un camping très calme. Nous recommandons!

Perfecte ligging

Top locatie kort bij de Carrefour, het meer en allerlei wateractiviteiten. Ruim huisje met alles wat nodig is. Rustig gelegen en ruim terras. Hartelijke en vriendelijke ontvangst. Allemaal top. Enkel het bed mocht beter. Het voelde aan als beton.

Logement idéalement situé.

Un très bel appartement idéalement situé près du lac et de sa voie cyclable. Compter 20' à vélo pour rejoindre Annecy (très facile même avec enfant, vous éviterez également t les bouchons 😉). Check in très facile avec Sarah. Le prêt des vélos est un vrai plus. Les literies sont confortables et la cuisine très bien équipée. Pas de clim mais très bien isolée. Une terrasse ensoleillée et aussi ombragée parfaite. Vous pouvez garer votre véhicule dans la propriété. Encore merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir !

Superbe pied à terre tout confort pour se reposer et visiter Annecy et ses environs

Nous avons séjourné chez Daniel en Août 2020 avec nos 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans et avons été ravis par notre séjour. La maison est très agréable, confortable, extrêmement bien équipée. La terrasse avec vue sur la montagne est un atout et le jardin a fait le bonheur de nos enfants. En plus de tous les équipements indiqués, des vélos et un siège enfant étaient à disposition ce qui nous a permis de rayonner facilement en empruntant la piste cyclable à 2 pas de la maison Elle est aussi située dans un endroit très calme et à proximité de supermarchés, boulangerie, traiteur et quelques restaurants. La maison est aussi situé à mi chemin en vélo entre Annecy ou le bout sud du lac ( environ 30 min), plusieurs possibilités de rando sont aussi accessibles à 30/45 min de voiture. Merci à Daniel et Anna qui nous a accueillis et fourni toutes les informations nécessaires de façon claire et précise.

Séjour idéal

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohung für einen perfekten (Bade)Urlaub

Sehr schöne, gut und ruhig gelegene FeWo direkt am Fahrradweg. Fahrräder konnten vom Vermieter benutzt werden, auch wenn die eine oder andere Reparatur nötig wäre. FeWo komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere gibt es viele schöne Strände zum Baden im kristallklaren See. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
