This Brand New 280 degree top floor view unit, features views of Avalon harbor and the village of Avalon including the Casino. 3 bedrooms, 2 king, 1 queen, all with own suites. Kitchen includes new stainless Bosch appliances, Soap stone and stainless steel counters, hardwood floors. There is also our laundry room with 2 bunks with porthole windows. A powder bath adjacent to great room. Decks for relaxing, sun bathing and bar-b-que, makes this an ideal for a get away for your entire family. Centrally located with just a 5 minute walk to downtown. Fully furnished with 5 tv's and Direct TV, Internet, fully equipped kitchen ware, linens.
Also, a 4 seater electric golf cart is included! A valid Driver’s licence is required.

Catalina Island stay

What an enjoyable stay. The house is beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable, views outrageous and amenities aplenty. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It really is an easy walk to town. Golf Cart was handy for those of us who had a hard time walking. Owners were wonderful.

Endless Views

My family and I spent three glorious days in this stunning home and it did not disappoint. The views!! Spectacular! 180 degree views, you can never get bored looking out the window. So many different areas to sit and relax- pick one of the two balconies or the generously sized roof deck (more like a resort). The home was well appointed and the hosts were quick to respond. We will definitely be back.

Oh the View

I'm not sure how many times we all said "wow" but this property does that to you. The patios are great places to just take int he beauty of Avalon. Easy walk to town. Comfy beds and super clean. We were in town for a wedding and with 3.5 baths this was perfect place for us to get ready for the wedding. Easy golf cart ride to the Casino. The host was absolutely amazing. Highly Recommend!!!

Labor Day Gem

We have come every year to Catalina since my children were babies and have rented most of the island. We love this house the serenity and the views. Teenage kids love having their own space and separate entrance in this unit.

Wedding

The pictures is what you get! We got to the island really early and was able to use the golf cart to get to zipline at 12! Came back later and the room was ready so we could get ready for rehearsal dinner! Loved the view also! Couldn’t have picked a better place for a family get together! Some of our family stay up the street too!

Stunning Views

The house is beautiful only to be outdone by the spectacular views. There are 2 decks and when we weren’t out and about, we loved sitting out in the beautiful weather. The kitchen is well stocked and the house worked out well for my family. The golf cart was extremely helpful but the walk to town is quick. The kitchen is well stocked but so much, took some time to locate everything. There was a delay with check in, but the hosts were very responsive.

stunning house with beautiful views. The rooftop was larger than I expected and comfortable furniture. One of the best vrbo on the island. Jan was very responsive. I didn't realize there was not AC in the whole house, just bedrooms. that's typical on the island.

A spectacular property with breathtaking views

Two families who have been coming to Avalon for over 50 years. We’ve rented many homes here, but this one is by far the most wonderful. The owners are very responsive. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen well-stocked. We especially appreciated the Culligan water dispenser! It was great to have the golf cart to visit the grocery store, but the house is so well-located, we hardly used the cart. We are already planning to come back.

Love This Place

We absolutely loved this place. It was comfortable, clean and the views were amazing. It was amazing to go up on the rooftop deck every night and watch the moon come over the mountains and see the harbor lights. We loved it!

Our Fourth Year

We have been so happy to return to this beautiful home the last 4 summers for a week with our family! Our family loves to go out and enjoy an activity for a couple hours then come back and hang out at the house. The views are amazing and the home’s architecture and design are a treat to enjoy. The hosts are also very responsive and helpful. We are looking forward to summer #5!

I would rate this higher if I could! Beautiful, lovely home with designer furnishings! Great plus having the golf cart included. Host was always quick to get back to us with any inquiries we had. Rooftop has amazing views with gorgeous succulents. Plenty of outdoor spaces with views and nice outdoor furnishings as well. Wonderful gourmet kitchen. Beautiful woodwork in all bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable too. Highly recommend this home!

Dream Vacation!

Extraordinary home, so well appointed, spacious and comfortable for our group of two couples and 3 friends to attend a fundraiser Ball in the Casino. Magnificent views from every corner of this beautiful house! The included golf cart helped get our luggage to and fro, but otherwise we walked everywhere up and down the hill (used neighborhood stairs nearby). Location was perfect! Appreciated the “Welcome” book with the history of the home. This was a dream vacation and we can’t wait to return!

Fun & Fabulous!

Every aspect of this transaction was fabulous! Our host answered all our questions and was very helpful. The house is amazing and provides an incredible view all day! My only regret is that our group didn't stay longer. Two days was wonderful, but I strongly suggest staying on the island at least 3 days. I also suggest working with your group to stay in for late afternoon and the sunset. The view from this patios of this house is breathtaking! The availability of having the golf cart was very helpful, but the taxi service on the island is fast and reasonable ($21 from ferry landing to house). The walk from house to downtown (down hill) is easy, but it would be a bit of a climb returning. Also suggest the Art Museum that provides a fun history lesson of the island (closed on Mondays). We had a wonderful time and I can't wait to return.

Short Island ger-away

My family was visiting Catalina to participate in the local annual golf tournament and this home was the perfect base for us to hangout. The home itself was very comfortable with million $$ views from all rooms. Due to the short duration of our stay we really couldn't enjoy all the features of this home, ie., gourmet kitchen, outdoor grill, rooftop deck etc.. The golf cart was a nice bonus . Jan was the perfect host allowing us early check in & late check out which was really appreciated.

Incredible Views

Beautiful home with the finer touches. It was spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the shops. Walking back? Not so easy but you can get a workout.
