Cozy Home on the Hill

It was a wonderful 4 day stay, in a perfect location for anything you wanted to do.The home was cozy, clean, roomy; everything that you would need whether you stayed 1 night or an entire week. Hope to visit again soon!!

Clean and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a perfect size for a small family like ours (mom, dad, baby) and it was very clean and in a quiet area on shared property. It was close to downtown and many hiking spots. We will stay again for sure.

Solid stay, central location

Simple yet comfortable accommodations. Brought my daughters for spring break to do a lot of hiking and white water rafting. This location was a prime location to do all of those things. This is a fantastic place to stay if going on daily adventures in the area is your goal. It is basic, clean, and safe.

Great Stay!

This mobile home is exactly as described, and is tucked away on private property. Julia was a great host and provided a book with instructions and many recommendations. My 14-year old son loved it too. We would definitely stay here again.

Safe, cozy experience

This trailer is so spacious and clean. We watched the sunrise over the mountains and enjoyed the peace and quiet of this area. But its so close to everything that we didn't feel like we were far away from the sites and activities that we wanted to do in and around Asheville.

Nice and quiet

Nice, clean, quiet property. I like how the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. Everything we needed was there. This has no reflection on the property, I just wish the roads leading to it were more well lit. Is very hard to find at night. It was nice having a few different streaming apps available. We enjoyed the property and were very pleased with it.

Peaceful Stay

I had reservations about a mobile home vacation rental located in a mobile home park. However, I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! The mobile home park is well kept & the vacation rental property was very clean, roomy & peaceful. It was a perfect base for exploring Asheville & the surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable & the area was very quiet. Julia always responded to my messages promptly, although I didn’t really need to communicate with her much because the check in & out instructions were clear & I had no issues with the property. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great base for Asheville visit

The location of this property is excellent for touring both the Asheville area and the Blueridge Parkway. It's clean, comfortable and convenient. Julia is a great host.

Mountain retreat & reprieve from hometown City.

Adventuresome four-week stay in a clean and well-equipped 2/2 manufactured home -- safe and secure as an older woman traveler in the Western North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. Property Manager was responsive to questions and requests. I recommend the "Cozy Cruise Inn - Retreat Near the Blue Ridge Parkway" to other(s) seeking "nearby Asheville location" with safety, lovely view, access to Blue Ridge mountains and access to downtown Asheville and surrounding areas.

Clean and comfortable

My husband and I stayed here four nights while visiting Asheville. We were very happy with it! Julia is a wonderful host. If you want somewhere clean, comfortable and accommodating without paying for unnecessary luxuries or frills, this is your spot. Thoughtfully furnished with basic appliances, including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Took us only 10-15 minutes to drive to great dinner spots and attractions in Asheville, including the Biltmore, and Blue Ridge Parkway is right around the corner.

CLEAN and Comfortable!

The CozyCruise Inn was a great find! It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were of top quality. I’ve never slept better! The owner quickly answered any questions we had. The location was easily accessible to The Parkway, Biltmore Estate and Village and most anywhere you want to go. Biscuit Head in West Ashville did not disappoint. It’s worth the wait!
