Welcome to our summer oasis, where you can relax and enjoy the Okanagan heat. Our home includes a modern granite Kitchen, dinning and living spaces on 2 levels, covered outdoor deck overlooking the pool. Outdoor seating around fire pit, BBQ, private fenced yard.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and private bath along with a 70" TV. Second and 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen sized beds. In the basement you have a TV zone complete with Pool table.
Love to cook? You'll love the kitchen which has granite counter tops and upgraded steel appliances, and a view of the pool as well.
Love to Swim? Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the heated pool.
Love beaches? You'll have a hard time wanting to leave home but if you do, it's a short drive, 5 minutes to the nearest private beach. Downtown is 15 minutes away and so is the mall. Walking distance to a great playground, tennis courts and soccer pitch.
A perfect location and home for two/three couples or an entire family.
