Amazing view of the beach

Great location overlooking the beach and Marina. We were there during a festival with a spectacular view of the fireworks from the terrace. Whilst the property is a little tired it was accurately described, comfortable and spacious for 3 of us and a dog. On the whole quite well equipped, could do with new cutlery and mugs, and mattresses a bit saggy, but we really enjoyed our stay and i would stay again.

Great View, Great Appartment, Great Resort.

Great place for a holiday. A special mention to the helpful hosts who went out their way in communictions and help offered to our party. Location is good with beach opposite and an easy walk to old town with narrow pedestrian streets and good restaurants specialising in fish and seafood dishes. Resort had a good family feel with no noisy bars. View from large balcony was excellent and trees masked the road below. There was some noise from the road and we used earplugs as we are light sleepers and had front, ensuite bedroom, would not let noise put you off staying here. The appartment is very clean. In summary a great stay which the family all enjoyed.

A tired holiday let

The appartment was in need of decoration, and looked very tired. There was a terrible smell from the drains which made you feel ill and not wanting to eat. For visitors flying in i found it very annoying that you had to pay sheet and towel hire, i have never experienced this before and together with the cleaning charge to have to pay €185 in cash upon arrival was extremely embarrassing as i struggled to carry that much cash with me . In all a very expensive two weeks with no luxuries and will not return.

Superbe appartement idéalement situé et très propre, pas besoin de la voiture tout est à proximité, la vue sur mer est incroyable. Mme Theresa est très accueillante et très disponible, je vous conseille ce lieu les yeux fermés.

Rosas semaine entre amies retraitées

La vue mer parfaite mais l appartement est situé sur l avenue qui traverse Rosas donc circulation importante le jour comme la nuit de plus le stationnement est payant sur Rosas (très peu de places gratuites dans les rues derrière) donc il a fallu régler un supplément pour une place dans un parking souterrain je trouve que ces 2 details auraient du être signalés par contre supérette et boulangerie à proximité :génial

Super appartement

Nous vous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l'appartement est grand avec une belle terrasse, il est très propre et il ne manque rien, il est très bien situé dans Rosas avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la chaine des Pyrénées. La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos questions, toujours joignable.

Vacances de Pâques à Roses avril 2023

Super séjour, appartement idéalement placé. Accueil très chaleureux de Teresa, grand appartement idéal avec enfants. Promenades à vélo quotidiennes, rando au cap de Creus, citadelle de figueres, aiguamolls et ses oiseaux migateurss, rando vélo... Gastronomie locale, la gritta à cadaques et le club à Roses. Les enfants ont déjà envie d'y retourner aux prochaines vacances.

Séjour parfait !

Superbe emplacement pour ce grand appartement confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les commerces sont très proches et Roses est très agréable en cette période de l'année. Notre hôte est fort sympathique et parle un très bon français. Nous avons vécu le carnaval, c'était à voir...

TOP!

Pour la huitième fois (!), nous avons loué une maison de Teresa Sauri à Roses à Noël et au Nouvel An. Cette année, pour la première fois, son appartement à l'Av. de Rhode. Comme chaque année le montre, Teresa a tout bien organisé. Cet appartement est spacieux et propre, l'emplacement est génial : tout Roses est accessible à pied. Parking (gratuit) est toujours possible pendant cette période. Mais surtout la vue sur la mer, le port et les Pyrénées est sans pareil. En bref : nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances !

Terrasse vue sur mer comme convenu, aucun reproche sur la literie et ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que l’électroménager correspondant à notre attente. Terrésa sait recevoir ces locataires.

Emplacement idéal et excellent accueil

Très bien accueillis par Térésa (qui parle bien français) nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans son bel appartement très propre, idéalement situé face à la plage et proche des commerces dans une résidence calme et propre. Seul bémol les fenêtres en simple vitrage. Si vous ne prenez pas l'option linge prévoyez des taies d'oreiller rectangulaires ! Encore un grand merci à Térésa
