About this property

One bedroom A-frame cabin with a master bedroom downstairs and a large loft with two twin beds and plenty of room for extra kids or a blow up bed between. Ladder up to loft. Full kitchen and lots of windows overlooking the White River. Just above "The Narrows" where people love to wade and fly fish. Can also wade and fish just off the bank below the cabin, but bring your waders because the water is COLD. This is the part of the river frequented by fishing guides due to the excellent fishing. Very tranquil and comfortable cabin. A true place to relax and escape!

Recharge get a way

We needed to get away and just recharge. This was a great place, we were able to bring grandkids for the day and spend time with them. Also we were able to come back to a nice quiet place after exploring all day.

The Perfect Getaway

What a great stay and just what my wife and I needed. We spent most of our trip watching the river flow by from the deck while catching the occasional bald eagle. The house was clean and functional while the owners were amazing! They answered every question we had and surprised us with a special treat.

Absolutely Outstanding

We escaped our busy professional lives with a weekend stay at this little cabin and we are so glad we did. Everything about the cabin, the property, was absolutely perfect and was exactly what we needed. The fact they are dog friendly, made staying here even more of a no brainer and I know our dog Jag really enjoyed laying out on the grassy bank and watching Dad try to catch some fish (caught two rainbows). The farm fresh eggs was an incredible touch and we enjoyed those with some steaks from a meat market over in Mountain Home. Thanks for having us and I thoroughly look forward to coming back.

Fishing trip

We had to bounce a day early to get back to Michigan due to the snow storm. We have been coming to Arkansas for 4 years now, this being our first stay at your cabin. We are natives of the area...grew up here and raised our own kids here! The river is always where we wanted to live. We bought this cabin initially as a place to bring the kids and their friends over the weekends, and fell in love with the area and ended up building our forever home on the empty lot next door. Now we enjoy sharing our cabin and our favorite place to be with others!
