Great location in a private setting!

It is at a great location! 5 minutes walking distance from 2 beaches were the waves are great for all levels. The house is in a private area, quiet and very close to downtown Biarritz (5-10 minutes). We had electric bikes and it was perfect to go around (storage at the house felt secure). If you are going in vacation and stay most of time outside, it is perfect! The house is very functional and practical, though with a low ceiling around leaving room/kitchen area (above 1.90m / 6.2 ft watch your head!). Large windows for the common area, and smaller windows for the 3 bedrooms. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is accessible from 2 out 3 bedrooms. The place was clean and organized, with the host super responsive and accommodating. Understanding a barbecue could be hazardous, but it would be great to have one to cook and eat at the table outside. Overall, we enjoyed the place!

Fantastica localización pero estancia un poco pobre

La casa está en una localización fantástica, a 5 min caminado de las Playas de Marbella y Milady. Es un lugar tranquilo y tiene fácil aparcamiento. Tanto la consergería como los dueños y el personal de limpieza fueron muy amables y se portaron fenomenal. Sin embargo la vivienda en si tiene algunos puntos a tener en cuenta. (1) No dispone de aire acondicionado, con lo que en verano se nota mucho el calor y la humedad pese a los ventiladores proporcionados. (2) Hay 2 baños, el de la planta baja es sólo aseo y el de la 1ª planta es ducha abuhardillada con lavabo, no apta para personas de más de 175cm. (3) Todas las habitaciones están en la 1ª planta y sólo se accede con escaleras con la incomodidad que supone para personas mayores. En general la experiencia se me quedó un poco pobre teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos para la estancia de 1 semana.

Amazing location - great stay

A fun property in an excellent location very near Milady Beach and Marbella. The house is very well equipped and set back from the road next to a big free car park. The big kitchen area is light and airy. It was mostly well cleaned. The only loo is downstairs. Great courtyard for post beach admin. Wi-Fi good. Worked very well for family of four, with two teens. Walk into Biarritz easy - as well as short drive to supermarkets in Bidart.

Un super séjour !

L emplacement est parfait: a 5 minutes de la plage et en face de l arrêt de bus qui va au centre avec le 38 et 44! Espace extérieur très agréable et la cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée! Excellente communication pendant tout le séjour .

Du pour et pas mal de contre

Côté pour : la maison est située juste à côté de le plage Milady, en face des bus menant au coeur de Biarritz et à qq minutes d'un petit centre proposant tous les commerces de bouche, ce qui est donc très pratique ! Le RdC de la maison est plutôt agréable à vivre. Côté contre : l'étage et en particulier la chambre avec les lits superposés ainsi que la salle de bain sont en mauvais état, le garde corps côté chambre d'enfant est assuré par une ficelle, l'odeur d'humidité permanente dans la maison, la promiscuité avec les voisins qui devient très compliquée quand les voisins sont une bande de jeune rentrant de boite toutes les nuits, le survol des avions à très basse altitude de manière régulière durant la journée

pratique et bien situé

Très bien située: 2 plages à pieds, facile de se garer. Biarritz centre en bus devant la maison ou à pieds en 40 mn. Finitions de la maison pas parfaites, mais maison fonctionnelle. Quartier passant et sans charme, mais maison bien isolée.

Très mignon, très bien placé

Emplacement idéal, moins de 5mn à pied pour la plage de Milady ou de Marbella. 20mn à pied du centre environ, parking accolé à la copro. Quartier calme, serres moches en face mais pas gênant. Rez de chaussée tout à fait conforme aux photos, cuisine très bien équipée, petite entrée/terrasse agréable. WiFi un peu lent et capricieux mais pas l'essentiel dans ce lieu. Chambres sympa et fonctionnelles, pas aussi top que le bas mais bien. Salle de bain pourrait mériter un petit rafraîchissement... Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé une super semaine avec les enfants, la proximité de locean et le côté joli/coocooning de l'appart l'emportant largement sur tel ou tel petit défaut ! Arrivée/Départ très bien gérés, hôtes sympa !

Agréable maison à 2 pas de la plage

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec enfants dans cette maison en Août 2017. Nous avons aimé le style de la maison, décorée dans une ambiance de surfeurs. Les enfants ont aimé les chambres et notamment la mezzanine. La maison est à 2 pas de la plage de Marbella où l'école de surf "Le Paradize Surf School" nous a beaucoup plu. Merci !

Fantastique !

Une superbe maison de vacances! Elle est bien situé ,près de la plage,le centre ville pas loin. La décoration vous donne toute suite l'envie d'enfiler votre maillot et de saute dans les vagues!

maison agréable à quelques pas de la plage de surf

La maison était très agréable. Nous étions 24h/24h sur la plage en train de surfer! Le centre ville nous a paru plus proche que ce qui était précisé dans l'annonce. La chambre en mezzanine n'était néanmoins pas très pratique d'accès (escalier étroit et vis apparente) mais la température n'y était pas étouffante. Il faudrait juste remettre un verrou pour la porte de la salle de bain afin de préserver l'intimité de chacun. Sinon, plancha et petit jardin très agréable, les professeurs de surf conseillé par le propriétaire (surf paradize) étaient géniaux! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter... Merci!
