Beautiful home, built after Harvey, situated on Key Allegro Island offering unaparalleled views. Back porch is the best seat in town weather you are dining outside or relaxing on the swing bed. Gorgeous pool, large enough to accommodate everyone staying in the house, will be your second favorite spot on this property. Chefs kitchen is equipped with GE monogram appliances, complete with wine fridge and ice machine.
Will accommodate up to 14 people comfortably with a bunk room for 8 as well as queen and king bedrooms. This property has everything you need to simply get in your car and come enjoy living seaside.

Rockport fishing

Memorable Stay

Overall the property was great. Well appointed and we enjoyed the layout. Beds very comfortable. Pool is great and everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock. Neighborhood is nice for walking around and looking at the homes. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Living room couches are ready to be replaced but other than that super solid!

Rockport Family Gathering

The property location is great, nice views of the water from the upper balcony and back porch / pool area. Nice privacy a dock for fishing plenty of pool toys for the kids. The home is beautiful inside with excellent sleeping arrangements for large groups. Plenty of parking as we had 4 full size f150 trucks and one SUV. We didnt have to park any vehicles in the street which was great. 5 min to Walmart and really close to other shopping.

Great location

This house is truly in a great location on the Key Allegro inlet channel. Combined with a beautifully designed pool and backyard area, second floor deck with swing and lots of fans and an outdoor sound system and you have a great setup to relax waterside. Inside, the kitchen has a chef’s stove with a large island which gives you lots of area for big groups. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. You do need to ask about having an outside grill (if you plan to use one) and the underwater light was also not available to us, again surprising when you pay top dollar, without question, you would not expect to have to ask about those expected amenities in advance.

Family Friendly and a slice of Heaven!

Wow, the pictures are spot on, these owners not only are easy to work with their home is beautiful and CLEAN! We had asked the owner for recommendations for guides and she came through. Also, I had asked for a chef to come in, Sam with Mermaid Cafe did an outstanding job, we hired her from several other dishes. The house is comfortable for teens and kids, the lay out makes it very enjoyable and the the porch swing was a daily coin toss on who got it. Thank you again, especially during these crazy times.

Modern luxury waterfront home!

We stayed with extended family and had a wonderful time. The home is incredible - modern look, beautiful decor, cool fixtures and furnishings, and top end appliances. We really like having the pool along the canal. We spent most of the time outside enjoying the pool and spectacular views!

Blair Annual Family Time

My family really enjoyed staying in the Seaside Farmhouse. We could not have found a more perfect place where children, grandchildren, and great grandchild could spend quality time together. Great owners, providing every amenity you can think of and then some. What a beautiful view to enjoy while having your morning cup of coffee before starting your day with a nice swim. We all say "Thank you for a grand time."

Sometimes pictures can be deceiving but in this case it more than met our expectations. They have stocked the pantry and wine cellar. First aid items are available. Everything in this house is top of the line. A lot of thought went into the design and decor. Check in and check out are easy. Our only advice to anyone thinking about renting this house is...enjoy your stay!
