This a lovely and spacious 3BR, 2 1/2 bath condo with great ocean and bay views and steps from a quiet beach! This condo is on the top floor (9th) of the Bluewater East building. Bluewater East is an ocean block building in a quiet building in north Ocean City in the mid-130s with a nice-sized swimming pool and large pool deck. The Bluewater East community is perfect for families and other groups looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in Ocean City with quick access to Fenwick Island too. Enjoy the serene view of the Atlantic Ocean from your large and very private balcony!

You are literally steps to the beach at this super ocean block location with sweeping views of the ocean sunrises and sweeping bay sunset views. Large, well-maintained pool with huge pool terrace and plenty of chaise lounges and poolside bathrooms. Strong WiFi & cable TV in condo with new flooring and paint. There’s a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, sink disposal, extremely well stocked kitchen, convenient trash chute steps from condo door, and designated parking. King bed in master, queen and twin in second bedroom, twin bunk beds and twin in third bedroom, plus memory foam queen sleep sofa (no more uncomfortable springs in your back!)

We also have a beach cart to make it easy to get your “stuff” to and from the beach and pool, beach chairs, boogie boards, small cooler, and a beach umbrella! All included.

You can dine on the condo’s private balcony (morning coffee and bagels from Uber bagels or how about picking up a dinner of steamed crabs from OC’s best - The Crab Bag restaurant two blocks away!) Then head to the beach to enjoy a nice evening of frisbee, flying kites or an evening walk along the breaking waves!



Quiet north Ocean City is great for families, condo is easy walking distance to mini-golf, movies, many restaurants, bars, ice cream, and shops. Very close to Fenwick Island and Delaware state beaches. Easy walk to OC’s Northside Park where every Sunday night it’s “Sundaes in the Park” (yep, ice cream sundaes!) fireworks (that you also have a gorgeous view of from the 9th floor terrace of condo, too!) kid’s activities and live music. Fish or go crabbing off the park’s pier over the bay, enjoy the paved walking paths and a huge playground.

* CDC recommended cleaning and safety standards are strictly followed for the condo and Bluewater East property.

* Premium linen and towel service for a small fee is available from various Ocean City outfits with advance notice, just let us know and we can provide information on towel/linen rental services. Otherwise, guests will need to provide their own linens, pillows, and towels.
