The house is at the water's edge and a canoe is at your disposal, you can fish and swim in the river.

Located 10-15 minutes walk from the city center, 800 meters,
Nearby amenities, bakery, butcher, sushi restaurant (on site or take away), pizzeria, supermarket, press, pharmacy ....
Swimming pool 8 meters by 4 meters.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the ground floor :
Living room, open kitchen and dining area.
Laundry room with WC and sink.
Master bedroom overlooking the river with its bathroom, shower, sink and toilet. 140 cm by 200 cm bed.
Upstairs :
2 bedrooms with 140 cm by 200 cm beds.
Bathroom with shower and 2 basins.
1 independent WC.
This house is my main home I live there all year with my family
