Die Verwalterin ist sehr freundlich und schnell zur Stelle. Man kann vor dem Haus halten und entladen. Der Parkplatz (in Olonne ein großes Problem) ist 8min entfernt in einem Parkhaus. Man erhält eine Karte und kann immer rein und raus. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist einem gutem Zustand. Zum Meer weniger als 60 Sekunden. Der Bäcker ist auch in einer Minute erreichbar. Super Lage!

Mooie touriste omgeving

We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Strand en centrum gelijk om de hoek. Auto konden we 600meter verop gratis parkeren in een parkeergarage. Apparament was netjes en schoon. Wel moesten we zelf de handdoeken uitwassen maar dat was geen probleem.

Très bien situé

Studio idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous avions accès aussi bien au marché des Halles, qu'au Carrefour city sans oublier le remblais et le port. Le grand + : la place de parking couvert Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour.

Calme et Sénérité en Centre Ville

L'appartement est très très bien situé, proximité de tout, le port à 4 minutes, les commerces en centre-ville à 2 minutes, le remblai et de la plage à 1 minute. L'appartement est bien isolé du bruit (à une rue du remblai) et permet de se reposer au calme. Tout l'équipement et l'environnement est parfait, de la literie au box pour la voiture, etc... L'accueil est très cordial et bienveillant, j'y reviendrais avec le plus grand plaisir.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied de la grande plage. Le garage pour stationner sa (petite) voiture est très pratique aussi. Je recommande vivement cette adresse qui conviendra à une ou deux petssonnes.

Bonne adresse pour ce studio

Appartement très bien situé en centre-ville à 150 m du remblai et de la plage, du marché et des commerces. Celui-ci est isolé du bruit et permet de se poser au calme. Très bon accueil, nous reviendrons.

Cocooning

Cet appartement est très bien situé : proximité de tout : la plage, les halls, tous les commerces, restaurants...son plus : sa place de parking. L'esprit est libéré alors de toutes contraintes matériels et d'intendance. Les lits sont confortables, la vue sur la mer est magnifique, on se réveille avec les bruits de la mer et on devine le temps qu'il va faire ! L'appartement est très fonctionnel il y a tout ce qu'il faut et il est très propre. On peut y rêver et s'y laisser vivre : voir, respirer, entendre...Un petit cocon ! Il est sobre, avec une ambiance subtile de la mer. Nous y avons reçu un très bon accueil chaleureux, presque amical. Mes 2 grandes filles (adultes) et Moi nous nous y sommes senties très bien.

Séjour découverte des sables d’olonne

Un bon emplacement entre le port et le remblais en plein centre des ruelles, à quelques mètres des halles et commerces. Un super séjour riche en balade, gastronomie et culture. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et les bonnes adresses transmises par la propriétaire... On a adoré !! Une belle location que l’on recommande vivement !!!

Vriendelijke ontvangst door Mw Witkowski in het kleine en basic ingerichte appartement. Ligging in het centrum van Les Sables d’ Olonne en dichtbij de boulevard en het strand. Bovendien een parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage van het gebouw.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce studio décoré avec goût. Situation parfaite pour faire les courses et aller se baigner sans jamais avoir besoin de la voiture.
