Large family chalet ideally located in a small Savoyard village while being at the foot of a large ski area (Espace Diamant) with 190 kilometers of alpine ski slopes and cross-country ski tracks. All shops (grocery store, bakery, butcher, tobacco, restaurants, equipment rental ...) are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes.
The chalet, not overlooked, has an incredible view of Mount Charvin and the chain of Aravis.
It is composed of three levels:
- The ground floor includes the entrance with the cloakroom and the boiler room to dry the business, a ski room, two bedrooms and a small bathroom with toilet.
- The first floor is the living floor; Modern kitchen / dining room, living room with fireplace, bathroom and toilet. A balcony goes around the floor and a terrace is behind the kitchen for sunny days.
- The last floor finally has three beautiful rooms with balcony, a bathroom and toilets.
The Chalet is 10 km from Mégève, half an hour from Albertville and Lake Annecy.
