Imagine luxuriating next to the Pacific Ocean in this remarkable oceanfront home. Paradise Point is nicely situated toward the end of Vizcaino Court in the Sebastian Shores complex. This stand-alone home has an airy, open floor plan with the Master Bedroom on the lower/main floor (with direct access to the deck and hot tub), and two bedrooms upstairs – each with it’s own private balcony with panoramic ocean views.

Great stay!

Communication was great, Michele let us know the check in process and house highlights early for easy reference. House was well stocked, hot tub was lovely, and the beach access was great for the kids. Would highly recommend.

Great stay in Gold Beach!

We had a great time at this beautiful home in Gold Beach! The home was very clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed using the hot tub during our stay. We hope to return here in the near future!

Great location

The location right on the beach cannot be beat! We were worried that we would hear Hwy 101 because of it's proximity, but that was not the case. Nice, spacious house. The only negative is that the kitchen wasn't as clean as it could have been, and the only outdoor seating options are flimsy plastic chairs. But it was fantastic to sleep to the sound of the waves, I would recommend this place.

This One's a Winner

Excellent property with very responsive, caring management. Fully stocked kitchen, great wi-fi, comfortable beds, easy beach access, close to town. This is a winner on all counts.

Great weekend getaway convenient location

Spent a four day weekend in Gold Beach in late June and stayed here with family of 6 adults. The house was great. Good size for the six of us with great layout and great view of the beach and ocean. House does have Internet and cable tv in the living room. No TVs in the bedrooms which is fine with all of us because we had devices to stream from but really didn’t need even that because we had great views and access to the beach. Stores and such in gold beach are a quick 3 minute drive up the highway. So it’s super easy to get something from the store if you forget something and need it last minute. We had a minor maintenance issue the first night. We called about it the next morning and someone was there to resolve it super fast! We are already talking about using this house again for a trip as a family next year.
