New Years Eve in Grand Haven

I have traveled to Grand Haven numerous times in the past. This property was by far the most attractive with full kitchen and full amenities. The view from the 3 balconies and windows is stunning. Due to the property location we were able to listen to the New Years Eve music celebrations from the property instead of enduring the rain and we were able to view the New Years fireworks from our balacony.

Girls Weekend Part 2

This is our second time staying at the property. The location is perfect. We calked to the beach and walked around downtown numerous times. The balcony's were nice and we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful place

This condo is the perfect place to stay! The location is perfect…two blocks from the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants, and a mile from the beach. Super easy walk to the beach. The views were the best from the three decks. Fell in love with it and would happily stay there again.

Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed! This condo had everything we needed and more! Great location and views of the channel. Easy walk to anywhere in downtown Grand Haven. We plan to be back.

Beautiful Condo overlooking the grand river

Condo is beautiful, view is awesome. Situated perfectly for a walk to the beach or a walk into down town. We had it during coastguard festival and was an excellent location to watch the fireworks and the drone show this year. We are repeat customers and will return in the future!

Great location in Grand Haven. The cleanest short term rental I've ever had. Very well stocked: a Keurig, beach towels, toiletries, optional baby crib, too many things to list. Easy check-in and check out. Excellent experience.

Great Weekend Getaway

Wonderful getaway!

You couldn’t ask for a better location! The condo was immaculate and the views... There were many special added amenities such as, games, children’s books, sun screen, etc. The only thing is the second bedroom has a sunlight window in the ceiling, so it’s hard to get a 2 year old to nap, but the closet in the master worked just fine. I highly recommend this getaway!

On top of Grand Haven

The place is perfect for a family to comfortably crash. The views are excellent. The property is immaculate and well appointed. This was our second stay and we highly recommend it.

Stunning View & Excellent Location to Everything

We had a weekend getaway planned and it was just that. We had plenty of room to invite our kids for dinner and thankfully the kitchen and baths were well equipped with everything we needed. It was absolutely perfect and I hope we’ll be able to come back next year this time!

Every thing was great. The rooms were perfectly clean. Owner should tell the guest that the lock box for the room is on the wall where you park the car. We thought the room lock box would be on the quest room door. A cleaning lady told us where to find the lock box.

Mothers & Daughters Getaway

What a special location for a special weekend. This unit is nestle right between the downtown shops/eating district & the beach - both reasonable walking distance. The best of both worlds! Once we parked our car, which can be a bit tricky at the complex, we didn’t really need to move it if we just wanted to explore Grand Haven. (But with a college student nearby at Hope, it was an easy drive to Holland too!) We enjoyed dinner at Porto Bello, frozen yogurt at The Pump House and the nighttime musical fountain light show. Although the beach isn’t right out the front door, we thought the walk was very reasonable and easily did it even carrying beach chairs and other supplies. May want to have a wagon or stroller if traveling with small children. One other small note - we didn’t feel comfortable having anyone sleep on the top bunk as the mattress is too high with no real guard rail. (Although I’ve never rolled out of my bed at home, it still made me nervous. Ha ha) Finally parking for the unit itself was fine but there really isn’t great signage to help direct you when you arrive at the building. Unfortunately, I drove the wrong direction into the “back parking lot” where the spot is and had to make a tight turn around. Once you know to enter from the front of the building and take the “ramp” around the right side of the building to the back side lot where the assigned spot for the unit is, you’ll have no trouble parking at all. :)

Superb location, very clean

We were 2 in our mid 60s and our 2 adult daughters, staying in mid August for a week. Location can't be beat. Terrific views, pleasant balconies. In the heart of activity but removed just enough and on 3rd floor, so quiet. Apartment very clean and nicely appointed. Instructions for finding the lock box for key (it's in front of parking spot) could have been a bit more clear. Would gladly stay here again !

Growing up on the shores of Lake Michigan gave our family the opportunity to create priceless memories both on and off the water. We spent time fishing with our grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins and friends. We swam in the refreshing water, kayaked or canoed down the rivers, biked the trails, and spent time on skiis, whether on water or the trails. Recently becoming grandparents, we look forward to sharing these same experiences with the next generation and now with our renters. Sharing this little piece of paradise is our way of sharing the opportunity to help you create memories of your own on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan and the surrounding area.

Why they chose this property

Grand Haven has long been a place we visited. We dreamed of someday having our own get away to share. This is our dream come true. When we enter the doors of Brezza Di Lago, which translates to Lake Breeze, we at once feel both a sense of relaxation while also feeling the exhilaration of the many experiences Grand Haven offers within a few short blocks. When opening the doors to the three private balconies, the lake breeze enters the home, along with the sounds of waterfront life. The sight of people together whether on the beach, boardwalk, or on their water vessels reminds us of what is important in life. Sunsets over the water are just icing on the cake. This is what we want to share with you, our guest.

What makes this property unique

The many activities in West Michigan, not only in the summer, but all year long, draw visitors from all over. There are opportunities for all ages, from golf at nearby courses, a skate board park within mere blocks, restaurants, candy stores and ice cream, shopping, The Farmer's Market, mini golf, Michigan Adventure and Muskegon State Parks, to cross country and down hill skiing, ice skating and luge at the Winter Sports Complex, and numerous festivals including The Holland Tulip Festival, and, of course, the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival. Grand Haven offers many opportunities and Brezza Di Lago #11 is right here in the middle of it all.
