Very well equipped and comfortable house with private walled garden great for outdoor living. Easy walk to an excellent beach. Need a car or bicycles to get to shops and restaurants

We stayed at this lovely house in November 2024 during the off-season, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to both the beach and the charming little town, making it easy to explore the area. Although the location is very walkable, I would recommend having a vehicle if you want to explore more of the South of France, as there’s so much to see. Just a heads-up, though: since we visited in the off-season, we found that many shops and restaurants were either closed or closed early, which limited some dining and shopping options. But overall, we loved the tranquility of visiting during this time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Kurzurlaub in Südfrankreich

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Grau d'Agde und diesem Appartement sehr genossen. In der Küche ist alles notwendige zu finden, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Appartement liegt zentral im Ort, das Meer ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus, z.B. für Einkäufe, wird definitiv ein Auto benötigt. Das Highlight ist der Jaccuzzi, den wir unabhängig vom Wetter ausgiebig genutzt haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und immer hilfsbereit.

Super séjour !

Maison correspondant en tous point à l’annonce. La plage est accessible en moins de 5 minutes à pied et les commerces à 5 minutes en voiture. Parfaitement équipé et très confortable, il ne manque rien ! Un ++ pour le spa chauffé idéal après un retour de plage hivernale.

Schönes großes Haus mit einem gemütlichen Garten. (Die Kinder mochten den kleinen Pool sehr.) Die Gegend ist wunderschön und der nahe Strand ist einfach der „Hammer“! :)

Bon séjour

Logement conforme au descriptif. Agréable et en bon état. Concernant le Grau d'Agde : le seul intérêt est la plage et la mer. Le quartier n'est pas très beau comme beaucoup de station balnéaire du Languedoc.
