Awful...Should be Banned

The pictures in the listing are a flat out LIE...the grounds are disgusting, a HUGE beehive in the yard privented the kids from playing out there..the pool was grossly dilapidated and my son got cut from the missing flooring inside the pool..the entire enterior of the house was outdated and in every single room something was broken..the washer and dryer made more noise than the fire works did at midnight did at midnight

Waste of money! Rats ..

I usually don’t write reviews but for this property was necessary to give people a heads up. First of all rats in kitchen / laundry area. Pool is not heated and it’s cracked. Landscape is a jungle. If you plan to cook bring your own pan, theirs are rusted and has no matching lids. The house has central AC but smells like mold. Living room Main sliding glass door is almost impossible to open. We used master bedroom door to get to backyard. Couch was ripped and broken drawers in bedroom. The only good thing I can say is that we had an army of ants infestation and management responded promptly to resolve the issue in the kids bedroom. Do not book this place . It’s a great property but has not been taken care of unfortunately. They didn’t even clean the house or outdoor seating to recieve guests. I feel bad having to say this but that was our experience in this gorgeous neglected home

Our piece of serenity

We traveled to Ft. Lauderdale for our honeymoon and when we arrived here it was so beautiful. There were a few small issues but the host addressed them quickly and was super responsive for any issues. As you can expect with any rental there were a few broken things in the house but we noted them quickly and they didn't affect the functionality of the home or our stay! Great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Easily accessible. Only 5 miles from Lauderdale by the sea

Dont be Fooled

We saw this place and was super excited! only to be with dirty broken furniture, walls windows door. cracked pool. nasty flies in side the house. garbage not cleaned out. dirty towels on the fool. home security did not work. it was nasty and owner tried to act like it was news to them we send them images ove30+ of all damages. and it was no pleasant stay as neighbors have multiple dogs that kept barking all night keeping our kids especially infant up and us disturbed all night for whole trip. please stay clear of this location if you are going to spend a good amount of money spend extra or same and stay somewhere better!!

When I first saw the place, I was not impressed. However, when I opened the door, I was pleased.

The house was very well set up. We had everything we needed. The back yard was very pleasant with a nice pool, and very green and relaxing. We encountered some issues which were rectified promptly. I would be back.

Outdated listing detail.

Pictures of the property had not been updated for awhile. We liked the location, but the outdoor space of the property was a bit of a mismatch compared to the pictures on the listing. Multiple broken furniture, grill was old and out of gas, we had to buy the propane on our own. Sofas had lots of stain, and outside front and back can really use some power washing...
