Article B: Obligations of the lessee
The lessee undertakes to personally take possession of the leased premises according to the terms and conditions and to enjoy them as a good father, as a temporary pleasure residence.
Subletting is prohibited without the express written permission of the lessor.
The lessee takes possession of the premises in a state in conformity with the descriptive state and undertakes to restore them in a similar state.
The lessee responds to the damage and losses that may be noted upon departure, in addition to the depreciation associated with the normal use of the rented premises as well as furniture and objects lining them.
The taker will let execute the urgent works which would impose themselves in the places.
