Family Holiday

Beautiful house in an excellent location. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Noirmoutier. Amazing access to Luzeronde beach just a couple of minutes from he house.

Une vraie maison de vacances idéalement située

Nous avons adoré notre semaine passée à Noirmoutier dans cette magnifique maison de vacances où il ne manque rien ! Tout de suite on s’y sent comme à la maison .. il y’a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bons moments en famille et amis … nous avons pleinement profité du jardin et de sa table de ping-pong ainsi que de la cheminée pour les fins de journée ! l'emplacement est idéal ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Pas de circulation et tout peut se faire à vélo

Maison de rêve à Noirmout

Très bon accueil par la voisine des propriétaires, emplacement idéal proche de 2 plages accessible à pied et maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle avec ses 3 chambres. Si j’avais envie d’acheter à Noirmout, j’aurais eu un coup de cœur pour cette maison.

Très agréable location, disposant de tout le nécessaire, située dans un bel environnement, à deux pas de plages magnifiques dont malheureusement nous avons peu profité compte tenu d'un temps frais et pluvieux.

Schönes Sommerhaus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt perfekt ca 2min vom Strand entfernt. An dem langen Sandstrand kann man auch bei Ebbe gut baden. Vor dem Haus führt die Radroute zum Hauptort entlang, den man in ca 20 min entspannt erreichen kann. Wir haben den ganzen Urlaub kein Auto gebraucht. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere in der Küche fehlt nichts. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer ihr Haus selbst häufig nutzen. Lediglich der Garten könnte etwas Bepflanzung vertragen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief sehr gut. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Séjour dépaysant

Magnifique maison bien située à proximité immédiate de la plage. Calme et dépaysement assurés. C’est une maison où on se sent tout de suite bien! L’hôte est très à l’écoute ainsi que la voisine qui se rend volontiers disponible. Nous y retournerons.

Maison très agréable, lumineuse et facile à vivre. L’emplacement est idéal pour bien profiter de la Luzéronde. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la voisine qui nous a accueillis ainsi que les propriétaires. Cela nous a donné envie de revenir !

Découverte du quartier de Luzéronde

Très agréable séjour sur l'Ile de Noirmoutier...une fois de plus. Découverte plus approfondie du quartier de Luzéronde et de L'Herbaudière. Maison idéalement située, à deux pas de la plage, et proche de nombreuses commodités (centre de L'Herbaudière à 2min en voiture). La pièce de vie est très agréable et dégage un parfum de convivialité, à partager en famille ou entres amis. La maison est très bien équipée et rien ne nous a manqué. Nous remercions Joan pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. C'est avec un plaisir certain que nous reviendrons sur cette île si chère à notre coeur.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Das sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus überzeugt mit einer sehr gelungenen Aufteilung, einer tollen Küche und einem privaten Garten, in dem unser Sohn (3) auch alleine gut spielen konnte. In wenigen Minuten war der schöne Strand von Luzéronde erreicht. 2 Bäcker und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie einige Restaurants sind in Fahrraddistanz. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Amazing Vacation

The amazing house of the Jacobson Family is the perfect setting for a wonderful family vacation. It has all you need for a relaxing in style beach setting vacation. It is located 5 min walk to an amazing sandy beach that is not overcrowed, the house itself offers all amenities you need to spend a relaxing time. It is an easy walk into the beautiful little port town Herbaudiere. The hosts - Joan and her husband - go beyond making their house a perfect summer vacation place.
