2 independent rooms of 11m2 with each closet and room of annexed water: a room with 2 beds in 80cm, the other with 1 bed in 140cm.

1 private parking space.
Cot, high chair, changing mat and baby bath available.

Housing subject to communal tax: 1 € / adult / night.

Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed.

Included in the rental: Sheets, tea towels, toilet paper, cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets, cleaning product, garbage bags), basic foodstuffs (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and flour).

On a passé un super weekend, l'appartement est parfait. Propre, tout équipé, spacieux... Je recommande vivement pour séjour dans le Vercors et profiter des montagnes.

Un appartement au top, vraiment bien situé avec des propriétaires disponibles et discrets à la fois. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et gardons l'adresse pour venir découvrir cette belle région à l'intersaison.

Séjour parfait ! Un appartement vraiment très propre, joliment décoré et très très bien équipé !

Spacieux et confortable. Propre et joli. Lumineux, tout ce qu’il fait dans les placards un peu comme à la maison ! Cuisine très bien équipée (induction, nespresso, vrai four et micro onde, mixeur…) . On recommande vivement ! Place de parking privée au pied de l’ascenseur ! Pratique ! N’hésitez pas !

A quelques minutes à pied du centre de Villard de Lans, cet appartement est le pied à terre idéal. En parfait état, très bien équipé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour.

Joli appartement, meublé avec gout.

Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille. L'appartement est très bien agencé, rien ne manque, la vue est agréable et il est surtout d'une propreté irréprochable (c'est reposant d'arriver et de ne pas avoir à tout nettoyer!!). Maya et son époux ont été très arrangeant puisque n'ayant pas de vacanciers dans la journée, ils nous ont laissé la jouissance de l'appartement jusque dans l'après midi.
