The Lincoln 201, is a fully furnished, luxury vacation residence, proudly presented by AdobeStar Properties and located in the brand new Lincoln Square High Rise of Santa Fe, NM.  Relax and indulge as our VIP guests and rest assured, here at The Lincoln, you are as “Downtown Luxury, and Santa Fe Style”, as you can get.  The Lincoln 201, provides the quiet and convenience of a fully furnished high rise loft yet it is situated less than one block to the Santa Fe Plaza.  Just steps outside the door of your own private residence is where you will visit the 400-year-old historic sites, do some friendly bartering for authentic Native American turquoise under the portal of the Palace of Governors, be inspired by the sheer breadth of art and culture, and delight in the finest southwestern cuisine the, “City Different”, has to offer.

Lincoln-Residence 201 is located on the 2nd floor of Lincoln Square - capturing the sunset views of the nearby Jemez mountains to the west.

Custom furniture and tile work are the hallmarks of this wonderfully appointed unit.  Our vision was to create a “Contemporary yet livable”, space exclusively for the type of person that would appreciate the finer things in life. Featuring King size bedrooms and a large floor plan; stainless steel appointed kitchen, a spacious and sunset drenched living room with a gas-burning fireplace, views to the western mountains, western mesas, and blue sky views. 

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with the latest high-end appliances, well-stocked cooking utensils, and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious southwest meals.

High ceilings, hardwood floors, air conditioning, designer cabinetry, granite countertops, custom bathroom tile, communal balconies, and a utility room complete with a washer and dryer are just a few of the amenities in store for you at The Lincoln Residence 201.

The location is perfect. The flat is exactly like photos. I am a world traveler and this flat is just what I look for. The checkin was flawless and they notified me that the flat was ready and could much earlier than expected. I would definitely rent again.

Modern, clean escape

Wonderful lodging right in the heart of Santa Fe. Four adult friends enjoyed the apartment which was spotless and ready to go upon our arrival. Check-in process was seamless, all updates via email were spot-on. Parking adjacent couldn't have been easier. It was a little chilly our first night and the gas fireplace was not functional but turned out the management only needed to turn the gas back on to it so it was an easy fix for us. Otherwise, no other issues during our stay. The bathrooms were so clean, the soaking tub a wonderful escape, and the beds very very comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking was available in the kitchen. We loved our stay!

Excellent accommodations with a great location!

Generous sized, luxurious rooms located very close to the Santa Fe plaza. Dedicated parking immediately next to the building. Secure entrance from the street. In suite laundry facility a plus. Some members of our group skied while others stayed in-town walking around shops and museums. A very convenient location with super nice accommodations.

A dream condo near Santa Fe Plaza

This condo was ideally located to all the sites of Santa Fe. Within easy walking distance of the Plaza, shopping, great restaurants and museums. It was super clean, comfortable and had every convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This is an amazing property. The location is perfect with convenient parking. Walk to the Square, shopping and so many restaurants. A great choice for our girl's trip!

Can't beat this location.

This great condo is only a block from the Santa Fe Plaza, and within a few blocks of all the major Old Town attractions and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a gorgeous master bath with shower and tub. We didn't really use the kitchen with so many wonderful restaurants near-by, but it seemed to be nicely equipped. There were a few minor problems receiving check-in information and a premature lock-out at the end of our stay, but the property manager was quickly available by phone and handled the issues quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Santa Fe.

Another great stay at the Lincoln Building

This is our third time to stay at a loft in the Lincoln Building and this apartment did not disappoint. The location is perfect for walking the plaza/old town area as well as the rail yards and Canon Rd. The apartment is well appointment and perfect for two couples. Furnishings and decor are high end and provide a great respite at the end of each day!

We have stayed at several of Adobe Star Properties & tend to stay at the Lincoln more often. Overall, our stay has been very pleasant, location is fantastic and the units are nicely updated. The staff is always responsive and willing to correct issues that arise. Considering the cost to stay, a few areas that could use some attention to detail would include the bedding as the pillows are too firm & sheets are worn. Furnishings are over used and often lack comfort. Hulu streaming for TV is poor. The hair dryer and coffee pot were in poor condition.

Perfect location

This was a beautiful place with all amenities available. So close to the plaza square and shops. Very close to excellent restaurants. Whole Foods is nearby if you plan to cook some meals. Easy to get everywhere! Would stay here again. Would only recommend some real sugar for coffee instead of artificial sweetner.

Perfect location to walk to pretty much everything (restaurants & sites) in Santa Fe. The condo was beautiful and so clean. We felt very comfortable there and loved the artwork. The management company was on sight to help with any problems (but we didn’t have any problems!). Highly recommend!9
