My name is Tasos Papaminas and I am the owner of Nayia Paradise Villa. I am 60 years old, ex bank manager, married with Nayia, school teacher.We have two sons, 21 and 24, students.

The property is built using the highest standards. As I own the around 6 hectares land I build the villa to be extraordinary and huge. Everything is spacious including the pool BBQ area, and the surrounding gardens. The villa is placed at a unique location with spectacular views and stunning sunsets.Only 5 minutes drive from the famous Coral Bay Beach with its beautiful long sandy beach.Ideal for large party groups, weddings, anniversaries and families

In order to make holidaying at Nayia Paradise, an absolute pleasure and a Paradise on earth the villa offers for free : Impressive 12m x 6m private gated-monitoring swimming pool with walk in steps and ladder, billiard table under a huge pergola shade-covered area with outside rattan furniture , outdoor table tennis, huge dvd movie collection, 6 led TVs, Playstation 4 console with 10 games, high speed Wi-Fi, a big selection of books, Neflix, Alarm system (NO CAMERAS), small water refrigerator with 3 bottles, an excellent fully equipped build-in BBQ area with pergola and outside rattan furniture , outside sink with drinkable water to clean and prepare your meal, Cots, highchairs, baby car sitting, stair gaits, bed rails, children toys ... One thousand things and generally anything you need.. the villa has it and is available for free. The villa has a huge range of facilities and activities, all designed to keep the whole family entertained, invigorated, SAFE and relaxed, during your holiday. The villa is beautifully furnished and includes air conditioning at every room, 6 TVs, fitted kitchen, outside furniture, lovely interior furniture, and linen (including all towels).
