Saxon-style house with stunning views and privacy yet in a quiet and pleasant landscaped small leisure park with a lake with a beach where you can sunbathe, swimming and boating and hiking around the lake. Tennis is also a fee. The house is comfortable and nicely furnished and has two bedrooms, one with a 2-bed and one with two 1-person beds.
There is a canoe available and there is private Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, DVD player and mini hi-fi system.

Vriendelijke ontvangst met lekkere koeken en chocolade voir bij de koffie. Leuke woning, echt alles aanwezig zoals koffie, thee, vaatwastabletten enz. Echt meer dan compleet. Wij hebben een hele fijne en ontspannen week gehad. Bedankt Ursula.

Heerlijk huisje
Zalig sfeervol ingericht huisje. Heel compleet en comfortabel. Hond mocht mee wat voor ons absoluut een must is. Geweldige omgeving met veel mogelijkheden. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Idylle am See - absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal Gäste in diesem Ferienhaus und sind noch begeisterter als letztes Jahr! Ursula und Gerard sind perfekte Gastgeber und haben das Haus und den Garten noch schöner gestaltet und für alles gesorgt. Es gab sogar frisch aufgebrühten Kaffee und leckeren Kuchen als Willkommensgruß. Gerade mit Kindern ist das gemütliche, komfortable Haus mit großem Garten und vielen Spielzeugen, Gesellschaftsspielen und weiteren Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten ein Traum. Im Garten gibt es mehrere gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, u.a. einen beheizbaren und beleuchteten Pavillon, so dass man selbst bei schlechtem Wetter draußen sitzen kann. Auf dem Campingplatz ist auch ein schöner Spielplatz und am malerischen Sandstrand ebenfalls. Außerdem kann man am See kostenlos ein Tretboot, sowie mehrere Kanus ausleihen. Eibergen bietet alles was man braucht: Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar einen Freizeitpark mit kleinem Zoo. Wir werden nächstes Jahr ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!

Een super verblijf
We hebben een erg leuke vakantie gehad! Erg gastvrije eigenaren, de koffie stond klaar bij aankomst :-). Huis en tuin zijn erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Eibergen op fietsafstand, en een meer op loopafstand. Dat we de kano mochten gebruiken was een leuke bijkomstigheid! Zeker een plek om te onthouden!

De weersomstandigheden hebben ervoor gezorgd dat de omstandigheden in de woning niet acceptabel waren. Door het ontbreken van voorzieningen om in de middag de zon ver van de tuindeuren te houden, hebben ervoor gezorgd dat de temperaturen opliepen tot meer dan 30 graden celsius in woning, Die temperaturen houdt je een paar dagen vol, maar geen hele week. Door het ontberen van slaap, normale voeding (te warm om te koken) liepen emoties op tot een uitbarsting van mijn partner. Ze heeft de woning dan ook verlaten op de een na laatste dag. De temperaturen van afgelopen week komen niet jaarlijks voor, maar de frequentie van die hoge temperaturen neemt toe. Ik adviseer de eigenaar dan ook om of airco in de woning aan te brengen of maatregelen te nemen om de zon zover mogelijk van de tuindeuren te weren.

We loved the place. The house is nicely situated and with all comfort you require. Although the weather could have been better, it did not bother us, because the towns nearby were nice to visit and at the house we did enjoy heating the fire place and just relax.

Ein Urlaub zum entspannen und auch gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge
Obwohl wir keine Freunde von Campingplätzen sind bietet dieser, wie auch im Angebot angegeben, ausreichend Privatsphäre für den Urlauber. Die ganze Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt und aufgeräumt. Man hängt sich nicht auf der "Pelle". Und der See lädt zum erfrischenden Bad ein. In Randlage der Anlage liegt das gemietete Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder) und einem Hund da. Niemand von uns hatte etwas zu beanstanden, außer vielleicht der Hund, dass er nur im EG bleiben konnte, da die Treppe in das OG recht steil ist (egal, dafür war bei seiner Ankunft Wasser- und Futtertrog sowie Liegedecke bereitgestellt worden). Der rückseitige Gartenplatz liegt sehr schattig -unter großen Rot- und Weißeichen und war auch an heißen Tagen bestens zu nutzen. Wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht und fühlten uns dort völlig ungestört. Die Küche bietet alles was nötig ist und der Geschirrspüler und die Mikrowelle waren zusätzlich sehr hilfreich. Das Haus macht insgesamt einen sehr gemütlichen Eindruck und hat uns insoweit auch sehr gut gefallen. Frau Ursula ten Hoopen war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Ankunft alles Notwendige bestens erläutert. Ihr Holland Fahrrad durfte auch genutzt werden, besten Dank dafür, ein völlig neues Fahrerlebnis. Die naheliegenden Ortschaften -insbesondere Enschede- sind einen kleinen Ausflug wert -insb. die Gastronomie um die Grote Kerk herum- und die Nordsee ist auch nur ca. 2 Autostd. entfernt. Wir waren gekommen um zu entspannen, und das konnten wir. Wir empfehlen dieses Domizil gerne weiter.
