The pool area offers perfect privacy to enjoy long evenings with friends or family.

Property 20 minutes from Biarritz by the motorway and 9 minutes from the beach of Ondres.
The city center of Saint Martin de Seignanx is 2 minutes with 3 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, a Super U and a beautiful butcher's shop ...
30 minutes from Spain (San Sebastian), 25 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz and 15 minutes from Hossegor.

Floor Ch3: 1 bed 160X200 + 2 single beds 80X200 (ie 160X200) + shower

For security reasons with the pool we do not accept families with children not knowing how to swim.
