Start your vacation off right in this 4 Bedroom and 3.5 Bathroom duplex (West side). The bed sizes include 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin and 1 Bunk Bed with Double/Twin. Linens provided with beds made. The oceanfront master suite offers a King bed and private deck access. The open living, dining and kitchen area are perfect for relaxing and entertaining your friends and family. Take advantage of cooking in the kitchen stocked with your cooking essentials. Enjoy the ocean breeze off of the oceanfront decks that are both open & covered with porch furniture including rocking chairs. Don’t forget to spend an evening or two grilling out on the gas grill after a day of fun in the sun. Your private walkway to the beach leads you onto the white, sandy beaches of Emerald Isle. This property is very close to shopping and restaurants. Amenities Include: Central air & heat, Hot & cold enclosed outside shower, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Water softener, Microwave, 4 Cable TVs, Wireless internet and Ceiling fans. This property rents from Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets.

Location was the winner for this property. The heat pumps needs some maintenance. It was obvious that the salt air has been applied for some Years. Updates needed.

The outdoor shower was dirty, the cold water handle was broken, no hooks to hang stuff. the upstairs bedrooms did not have adequate window coverings. Overall the house was too well used.

Property wasn't as listed. Not clean, hair in shower, fingerprints on doors.... especially during covid...grill so rusted not usable....chairs from the 70s and so rusted not usable for beach....beach houses should have essentials...

Great Location, Couple of issues

The sheets were not clean when we arrived, and there are a couple of other minor maintenance issues around the house. Overall, you can't beat the location. We would stay there again.

Great place, perfect location

Excellent communication from start to finish from the property management. Super clean when we arrived. Very open and airy with tall cielings give it a very spacious feel (although it is pretty spacious anyway).

Property was directly on the beach. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Huge deck! Kitchen fully stocked!
