This appartment is located in front of La Saline lagoon. Direct access to the beach from the residence. La saline is one the most beautiful beaches of La Reunion island. The lagoon offers a safe area for swimming.

Les pieds dans le lagon
Nous adorons cette résidence. Nous y étions déjà venus dans un autre appartement il y a 3ans L'accès direct à la plage est très agréable. Concernant l'appartement, je vais commencer par quelques points négatifs et je finirai par le positif. D'abord, la brosse Wc à l'étage qui est cassée, la Tv: nous n'avons jamais réussi à mettre les chaines classiques malgré plusieurs essais (bon on etait pas là pour ça...), le lave vaisselle: il y a une astuce avec des tasses à café pour que l'hélice du bas tourne correctement (cela n'empeche pas son fonctionnement) et les assiettes sont belles mais lourdes donc le panier du lave vaisselle a du mal à rouler et pour finir les points negatifs c'est l'isolation de la fenêtre de la chambre du 2nd étage C'est vraiment le point qui nous a le plus géné. Les points positifs maintenant: la localisation, l'accès direct à la plage, la clim dans toutes les chambres et la pièce de vie, les 2 salles d'eau, le frigo dans la chambre du 2nd étage, la deco, l'appart est relativement propre et joliment decoré, la place de parking, la varangue et les 2 terrasses et la vue sur le lagon. Bref, on a passé de super vacances.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille dans le logement super agréable. Le top, c'est la plage juste à côté, pas la peine de prendre la voiture 👍. On reviendra sans hésiter dans ce logement.

Semaine en famille (2 enfants)
Emplacement idéal avec des enfants qui peuvent monter un escalier un peu raide. On va à la plage à pied et la terrasse du deuxième étage permet de profiter de la vue sur le lagon. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Great location, practical flat, underinvested
The location is very good with direct access to one of the nicest lagoon of la Reunion. Amazing snorkeling in front of the house and a lot of nice restaurants can be reached by foot. The 3 stairs are somewhat practical with cosy rooms. However, the problem is that its infrastructure does not match the picture; for example a broken lounge, cheap and tired plastic furnitures on the terrace, a numbers of kitchen appliances that either do not work or are not of quality,… In other words, the apartment is missing some basic standards that indicate that limited investment have been made in the place for the tourists …it felt a bit of a disrespect. In any case, This can probably be fixed easily for the apartment to finally reach its full potential. Famille Dumont From Zürich

Emplacement parfait sur la plage, propreté moyenne. Literie de la chambre du haut en face de l’escalier passable. Appartement très fonctionnel, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour cuisiner.

Idéalement situé au bord du lagon
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec nos deux ados (14 et 17 ans). L'accès au lagon est direct et c'est un vrai bonheur pour la plongée en PMT. les fonds marins sont très riches, ce qui n'est pas le cas partout à La Réunion. La cuisine est très bien équipée, on peut se permettre de cuisiner. Le seul bémol est l'absence de climatisation dans la chambre du deuxième étage. Au mois de Janvier, il est difficile d'y dormir malgré le ventilateur. Les deux chambres du premier étage sont bien climatisées et sont très confortables.

Excellent souvenir de notre location "les pieds dans l'eau"
La localisation de l'appartement au pied du lagon est parfaite pour la famille+++ Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement (hormis un volet dans la chambre du haut...) L'appartement est très agréable dans un environnement très calme+++ 2 semaines de bonheur+++
