Our townhouse is located in The Greens in Shipyard Plantation, which is a private, gated community in a tranquil setting with Carolina pines, moss draped oaks and tropical palms. Within Shipyard there are three beautiful 9 hole golf courses for all to enjoy. There are miles and miles of lighted, paved paths for bike riding or walking, as well as lagoons for fishing and wildlife viewing. Shipyard also has an oceanfront clubhouse with private beach access, new restrooms, and an outdoor shower to rinse off.

The townhouse is located just steps away from The Greens private communal pool, and is half a block away from the The Sonesta Resort and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Best of all, our townhouse is a 8 minute walk to the beach! We also include a beach parking pass, in case you prefer to drive to the beach.

Our renovated townhouse is a private corner unit with many windows and three patio doors, providing lots of natural light and beautiful views of the 7th hole of the Galleon golf course. The large wraparound deck is the perfect spot to totally relax and immerse yourself in the peaceful, tropical environment, and is furnished with a large L-shaped outdoor couch and 2 Adirondack chairs.

The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with TWO MASTER SUITES - one on the MAIN FLOOR and one on the SECOND FLOOR, for extra convenience and comfort. It has a spacious, open floor plan with new wood-vinyl flooring and freshly painted rooms throughout. An open, modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with multiple blenders, a crock pot, microwave, toaster oven, tea kettle, coffee maker, hand mixer and more for easy cooking and entertaining.. There is a kitchenette and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

In the living room you will find a queen sleeper sofa bed, a love seat, 2 club chairs and a large console with mounted flat screen Smart TV and DVD player. A large dining room table with an extra leaf and stools at the kitchen bar can accommodate any crowd. A booster chair with tray is also handy for guests with young children.

The first floor master bedroom suite features a king size bed, all new furnishings, flat screen TV and a luxurious new bathroom with walk in shower. A sliding glass door leads to the private deck with gorgeous views of the golf course.

The second floor master suite also has a king size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, a full bath with tub/shower combination and large walk-in-closet.

On the opposite end down the hall is the third bedroom with two twin beds, two large double closets, new furnishings and a mounted flat screen TV. It also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

There are two parking spots directly in front of the townhouse. Your reservation includes two parking passes and one beach parking pass.

Whether you golf, play tennis, enjoy the beach, ride bikes or simply relax on the deck, this townhouse will make you feel at home away from home.

Absolutely great location on Hilton Head Island

Shipyard is such a great community and the location of the property is outstanding. It truly is an 8-minute walk to the beach. Proximity to numerous restaurants, as well as a Publix or Fresh Market within easy driving distance. If you like craft beer, try Side Hustle Brewing just outside the Cordillo Parkway entrance gate. You won't be disappointed. We have enjoyed our stay so much this year we decided to stay another week since the dates were available.

Carrie’s property was beautiful and we had the most amazing vacation! Loved the location of the property, so close to beach and pool. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck watching the golfers tee off in the morning. Overall, a wonderful place to stay to have a family vacation with our grown children!!

Fabulous Fourth Vacation!

We loved this cute and comfy unit in The Greens! It was the perfect size for our family of seven. Great location near the pool and a quick bike ride to the beach. Would highly recommend, especially for families with pets.

Perfect getaway!

We had such a relaxing two week stay. The condo was perfect for our needs. Loved sitting out on the deck, so quiet and peaceful. Not too far from the beach. The owner was quick to get back to me when I had a problem and I hope to return in a year or two.

Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as presented and the Shipyards location is perfect for beach access,dining and all activities. Only suggestion I would make is to have a handheld electric blower available to clear the occasional dropping of pine tree debris on the deck area/furniture. Highly recommend this property. Carrie is an excellent Host .

Perfect location!

Our family really enjoyed the condo. It is very well taken care of and has everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable (!!). The location was perfect for walking to the beach and walking through the Shipyard location which is amazing. The walking paths were wonderful for afternoon and early evening strolls. We saw deer, alligators, and other wildlife throughout the gated community. Thank you, Carrie. We really enjoyed your condo.

Beach is practically outside your front door

My wife and I have been staying in Carrie's property since 2018. It is always a fantastic experience. Carrie's villa is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Not to mention Shipyard is close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores, so the convenience is a huge plus. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Off Season Stay

Everything is as pictured/advertised. Timely, clear and great communication about the stay. Very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood while the beach was quite busy for off season/October. Loved this location and proximity to the beach. Felt like home away from home and enjoyed our beach time and some great restaurants on the island during this visit. Kitchen has mostly everything you need (in terms of equipment/tools and some seasonings). Bring your own oil(s) and other condiments if you're planning on cooking and eating in the unit. A hook in the detached bathroom (looked like there was one at one point but appears to have fallen off/removed from the back of the door) would have been helpful to hold clothes/bath towel but not a big issue. Hope to come back in near future for another great stay!

Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful unit! Unit is clean and mostly updated. We did have issues with the washer and dryer and were not able to use them until they were repaired mid-week. The appliances are older and I recommend that they be updated. Other than that, the property was perfect!

Hilton Head first timer

The condo is large and decorated beautifully. It’s super cute. Beach style. Great color scheme. The townhomes are older, is to take that into consideration. But you don’t feel it when you’re staying inside. We stayed on the ground floor in the master bedroom. Our adult children and grandson stayed upstairs. The AC works. Amazing. And trust me. You need it in the south. Lol. The master bedroom shower has great water pressure. After coming home from a day at the beach, I looked forward to taking a shower. The water heater always had enough hot water for our entire family. The washing machine worked great. The dryer not as well, it took a couple of rounds to get things completely dry. The lint trap was checked… So it may just be an older model. Take that into consideration. The location on the website doesn’t give itself enough credit. You are so close to the pool. I’m talking steps to the pool which is wonderful. And so close to the beach. Honestly, having bike riding around the entire resort. And checking out the different neighborhoods. You couldn’t pick a better location than this one. You are so close to the pool. So close to the beach. Not around busy golf cart exchanges. Set back a little bit from the bike path. It was quiet and perfect in its proximity to, everything in the neighborhood and outside You are close to everything. I really think this was the perfect location. I chose it blind know nothing about Hilton head. I chose well. Perfect.

Amazingly well decorated, clean and super well stocked villa. Patio was an amazing plus and the kitchen was stocked with anything needed. Shirt walk to pool and access to the beach was super convenient. We had an amazing time and loved the place looking forward to renting it again.
