Can Bern is a charming house with the most exclusive views of the sea and the magical islet of Es Verdrá. The nearest beach, Playa Codolar, is just a 5 minute walk from the house, as are other spectacular coves such as Cala Conta, less than 5 minutes by car. The house is composed of a large living-dining room from which you can access the kitchen-pantry and the bedrooms. From the kitchen you can access the barbecue area. Two of the rooms in this house have double beds and one with two single beds. There are two separate bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. On the outside of the house, at the front, is the infinity pool, from which you can enjoy the unbeatable sea views. To enjoy this area, the house has sun loungers, parasols and outside shower. In addition, the house has its own tennis court, parking for 3 cars, air conditioning and is fully equipped.

Zufrieden

Wir sind alle sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Für unsere Bedürfnisse, ein Ehepaar um die 60 Jahre mit drei Kinder in den 20er-Jahren ein sehr guter Grundriss. Das Haus ist nicht glamourös, aber praktisch und gepflegt.

A hidden gem

Awesome stay at this little gem ! Great villa, car spaces for 3/4 cars, plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Good kitchen with huge fridge, dishwasher, etc. Magnificient pool with awesome view. Thanks a lot !

Maravellous villa

My friends and I spent 4 lovely days in this fantastica villa with a breath taking view to Es vedra. I agree with the rest of the comments, the photos don’t do justice of how much bigger are the rooms and the terrace. Once viewed we were quite surprised. I also thank you Nathalie for promptly helping us with the check in, the staying and the check out. If I have the chance I will definitely come back !

Excellent property, quiet location

Excellent property and would recommend, but it is in a quiet location so keep that in mind. Closest shop is a 6min drive away and taxis won’t come to the villa so rent a car! (20min drive from San Antonio centre). Sat navs don’t seem to recognise the street address but there are street signs when you get close. If you get to the 7 Pines resort down the road you’ll find the villa easily enough. Booking taxis on the island seems to be hard work in general, and because they won’t pick up from the villa you will need to walk down to the reception of the 7 Pines resort to get one. We had some issues when we arrived (no gas for the stove, air con not working in 2 bedrooms), but these were fixed very quickly when brought to their attention. The host was great and the property was spotless with excellent amenities.

Villa paradisiaque

Une villa de rêve, le panorama est absolument incroyable. Très pratique pour y laisser deux véhicules. Quelques petits fruits et mignardises de bienvenue étaient très appréciable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et les chambres au top. Notre hôte Nathalie est disponible, avenante et très arrangeante. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les échanges avec elle. Néanmoins, petits bémols à constater - L'évier de la sdb suite parentale était bouché dès notre arrivée - l'eau du robinet a un goût abject, il vaut mieux prévoir sa propre bouteille - un homme est venu nettoyer la piscine le samedi matin sans que nous soyons avertis, nous étions en pyjama mais une visite à l'improviste, c'est toujours surprenant. - les voisins de la maison à droite qui envoient leur drone chez nous pendant qu'on bronze en piscine c'était pas très agréable.. Encore merci pour ce séjour incroyable, nous reviendrons c'est sur !! Je recommande x 1000

Classic

Unbelievable, seeing the pictures of this villa online looked unreal however in person it was even more beautiful. The view is spectacular, being able to wake up in the morning and see the sunrise and directly into the sea is amazing. The size of the villa is deceptive as well, it's a lot bigger than you think when you get a chance to be inside. Everything is nice, clean and up to date. The tennis court is brilliant as well. I would definetly stay here again.

Tolles Haus mit grossartigem Blick

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig und spektakulär. Der Blick hat uns jeden morgen aus neue motiviert. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Insektengitter. Die Moskitos im Schlafzimmer hätte man sich sparen können. Alles im Allem ein super Haus.

Amazing family villa

This is an amazing villa with the most amazing views. The property was deceptively big, the rooms were huge and we wanted for nothing. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to book this villa again in the future. I would recommend hiring a car if you stay here as cabs find it difficult to find you but that’s the only negative I can think of about this property. Beds were comfy, air-con in every room, wi-fi. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Pool und Terrasse

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Haus. Die Aussicht vom Pool und der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft schön. Wir waren mit 8 Leuten in dem Haus und hatten ausreichend Platz. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alles war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich noch eine Terrasse mit einem Grill und einem großen Sonnensegel. Wunderschön um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Nathalie die Vermieterin der Finca ist unheimlich nett und hat uns bei allem weitergeholfen. Es hat alles prima von der Anreise bis zur Abreise funktioniert. Danke hierfür. Wir werden uns sicher bald mal wiedersehen. Wir können das Haus von ganzem Herzen weiter empfehlen.
