Stellar apartment close to everything

Very nice penthouse apartment with great location close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Easy to check in and leave your car in front of the apartment. Very roomy roof terrace with good sea views!

Lovely Apartment

Christina was a great host. Answering any questions before and during our stay. The apartment was lovely spacious and clean, a quiet location a short walk from restaurants and shops with a supermarket just across the road and provided a few essentials that were really useful

A holiday for the whole family

This year we wanted to try accommodation that was suitable for both us parents and three teenagers and without the need for a car. We found it here. The apartment was spacious, clean, new and with both a roof top terrace as well as one adjacent to the apartment, perfect. Grocers next door, very convenient. Beach 200m away but 5min walk to a larger and very clean beach. 10min walk to the centre with a lot of restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic week! Recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastische penthouse!

Met een taxi vanaf Alicante airport is het ongeveer 20 minuten rijden naar het appartement in Santa Pola. De nicht van eigenaresse Cristina wachtte ons op met de huissleutel. Na een rondleiding kregen we de sleutel. Het appartement is netjes ingericht, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers met toilet en 1 douche met wc op het dakterras. Keuken is volledig ingericht, wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig. Het zwembad zit op de begane grond. De Mercadona zit pal naast het appartement. Let op! Zondag gesloten. Dit geldt voor alle supermarkten in Santa Pola. Communicatie met Cristina liep perfect via Whatsapp. Stand zit op 5 minuten loopafstand. Haven met restaurantjes zit op 15 minuten lopen., het centrum (Kasteel) 5 minuten verder lopen. Tip: probeer de restaurantjes in de zijstraten waar ook de locals zitten. Prijzen zijn redelijk en het eten is heel goed. Kortom we hebben erg genoten van het appartement, de omgeving, Santa Pola, het heerlijke weer in September. Karin en Ivan.

Drie weken zomervakantie

-Sleuteloverdracht door een derde persoon. Geen informatie in/over het appartement. We werken aan ons lot overgelaten. We hebben zelf alles uitgezocht (parkeerplaats nummer, berging, WiFi) Geen warm welkom. -Appartement zelf is nog vrij nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Balkonmeubilair aanwezig, ook een te kleine set op het dakterras (waar ook de BBQ is). Ligbedden voldoende aanwezig. -De derde badkamer met toilet bevindt zich op het dakterras evenals een buitendouche. -Ligging; Fijn ruim appartement met airconditioning in alle ruimtes en in alle slaap en woonkamer hangen aan het plafond vertilatoren. Boodschappen snel in naastgelegen supermarkt en centrum/haven op 15/20 minuten loopafstand. Genoeg keuze aan restaurants/winkels. -Appartement zelf was schoon bij aankomst, maar het balkon en het glas bij de balustrade niet. -De boiler heeft onderhoud nodig (lekkage) evenal wat scheurtjes in de muren. -Diverse stranden op loopafstand. Ook leuk om met de fiets langs de kust te fietsen.

Tolle Wohnung und Terrasse

Sehr entspannt, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufen um die Ecke. Sehr nette Vermietung, keine Probleme beim einchecken. Parkplatz vorhanden, aber draußen auch kein Problem einen zu finden.

Stunning property

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need.. just a little bit far out from the centre for us as ( husband has limited mobility) we had no car and taxis were impossible to get. Despite that some lovely restaurants nearby and really close to the beach. Would definitely go back but would hire a car next time. Very few people in Santa Pola speak English so Google translate is a must.

Viva Santa Pola!

Bijna nieuw penthouse met een fijn bij de woonkamer aansluitend dakterras voor het ontbijt, en op de bovenste verdieping een enorm dakterras met ligstoelen, douche, toilet en barbecueplaats. Het appartement ligt in een zeer rustige buurt, maar heel prettig met de Mercadona-supermarkt om de hoek. De kust van de Santa Pola-regio heeft een grote verscheidenheid aan fraaie zand- en kiezelstranden. Er is altijd wel een rustig strand te vinden. In Santa Pola zelf en de haven zijn volop goede restaurants en eettentjes. Voor een ontspannen strandvakantie zit je in dit penthouse perfect.

Juste magnifique !!

L'appartement est sublime avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires pour passer d'agréables vacances. La piscine est propre et très rafraîchissante. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos de l'annonce. Il y a une magnifique terrasse avec la vue sur mer pour prendre les repas ou profiter du soleil sur les transats. L'emplacement est idéal avec la plage très calme et propre à 3 minutes à pied, de longues pistes pour faire des footing ou des promenades le soir, Mercadona est de l'autre côté de la rue, très pratique pour avoir des produits frais. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables et reposantes. Je recommande à 100 %. Merci à Cristina et Marian pour leur disponibilité.

Excelente!!!

El apartamento es muy nuevo y espacioso, limpio y con electrodomésticos de alta gama. Persianas y toldos automatizados, gran TV, buena wifi. Hay AC pero para nosotros los ventiladores de techo de las habitaciones han sido suficientes y muy agradables. Dispone, ademas de la terraza del ático, de una terraza estupenda pegada al salon/comedor donde por su orientación y gran toldo se puede desayunar, comer y cenar. Cocina americana muy bien equipada. Son nuestras primeras vacaciones donde hemos podido estar siempre comiendo al aire libre en casa en la terraza en familia y con una vista al mar. Nunca nos ha hecho falta refugiarnos dentro por el sol o el calor ni para desayunar, ni comer ni cenar. El atico es muy espacioso con ducha y BBQ y buenas vistas, ideal para una cena con amigos. Por otra parte la zona es muy muy silenciosa, y es un lujo tener el mercadona cruzando la calle (al otro lado del edificio por lo que no se ve). Piscina perfecta para refrescarse. Pocos vecinos y discretos, en su mayoria del norte de europa. El apartamento esta a 5 minutos andando de la playa. La playa poco concurrida, como muchisimo con dos filas de sombrilla en algunas zonas y en fin de semana. Es otro lujo eso de poner la sombrilla pegado al agua sin pelearse con los vecinos a los lados o atras que se disfruta en pocos otros sitios. La playa ademas dispone de una escuela de verano para niños muy asequible, donde practican todo tipo de deportes acuaticos. Ideal para familias con hijos. Muy recomendable. A un paseo se encuentra el puerto y el resto de playas donde ya hay mas bullicio, mucha gente y todo tipo de restaurantes. Paseo marítimo también muy cerca con sus puestos, heladerias, etc., todo ello por suerte suficientemente alejado como para que ni se oiga, ni se vea ni se sienta desde el apartamento, pero suficientemente cerca para no tener que coger el coche para salir a cenar o tomar un helado. Cristina y Mirian super atentas a cualquier necesidad, un encanto!

Excellent accommodation in a great resort

All communication with the property owner was good with any questions answered in good time. We were met at the property by a lovely lady who fully explained the accommodation to us and gave us advice with regards to the local area and arranged our return taxi to the Airport. The property is located within easy walking distance to the beach,bars and restaurants A Mercandona supermarket is also extremely close by which is great for purchasing supplies. The property is brand new and can only be described as 5 star. The facilities are excellent. The owner has thought of everything which is of a high quality. On holiday I always look for a good shower and a comfortable bed this property ticked both boxes in this regard. The outside space is super with a large balcony where you can eat or sit and relax on the sun The roof terrace is massive, again giving you plenty of room to enjoy the weather. The swimming pool and other outside areas are kept clean. There is no need for a car, however there is private off road parking. A taxi from the Airport will cost around 25 Euro. I can only highly recommend this property.
