Come stay at the Luxurious Seawatch Plantation in the Arcadian Shores section of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This wonderful oceanfront condominium provides spectacular views of the ocean with indoor/outdoor pools, Jacuzzi’s and two lazy rivers.

The complex is nestled in a private community yet perfectly located within minutes from Tanger Outlet Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves, NASCAR Speed Park, Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing, Ripley’s Aquarium and unlimited golfing, fishing and restaurants.

This fully furnished condo has all the up-to-date amenities of home: Two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, 32' remote controlled flat screen TV and private entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom has two full beds and a remote controlled 40” flat screen TV. The spacious living room has a 40” flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player, surround sound system and a full sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with eating/cooking utensils and full sized stove, frig and dish washer. The dining room comfortably seats six.

This unit is also equipped with linens, balcony chairs and a stacked washer/dryer.

Family Fun

The unit met all of our needs! The resort is beautiful, and we would not hesitate returning again. We did not lack for anything. Everyone enjoyed the pools, ocean, collecting sea shells, and sitting on the balcony. It was a wonderful vacation..

Seawatch plantation

Facility is the best near Myrtle Beach! This unit is fantastic! Derrick the owner responses quickly with any questions you may have. Seawatch plantation is the best in the area with DJ at the main pool 3x a week, Starbucks in north tower, tiki bar and restaurant. You never have to leave this resort because of the amenities☀️

Very Nice

Everything was very nice. Location, cleanliness, view... I would definitely stay here again. If I were to say anything negative, it would be that the king bed was a little dipped towards the middle. It forced the wife and I to sleep against each other!

Great place and location

Place was spacious and upgraded. Had everything we needed. There were a lot pools and hot tubs. Location was close to boardwalk, ripleys aquarium, tanger outlets and food. Nice size balcony, great view, and right on the beach.

My family and I stayed in late July 2023. I can't say enough positive comments about this place. The condo was immaculate and very clean, the resort was perfect, and the amenities were excellent! Derrick was wonderful about responding to any question or concerns that I had prior to the trip. I will definitely look to stay in this exact condo the next time we come to Myrtle Beach. Everything was perfect!!

Seawatch plantation

The condo was perfect! Derrick answers all questions so quickly! There is no other resort like Seawatch Plantation! You never have to leave the resort! Everything you could want is there.

Happy Place

Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is close to good food, shopping and best ice cream shop (Saltwater Scoops) in Myrtle!

Great condo!

This two bedroom condo was exactly as described! It is new and updated. It was very clean. Furniture and bedding were very nice. Check in was absolutely wonderful just go to the room and punch in code! I will definitely stay here again. We love Seawatch and this condo is a gem!

Baseball Trip

Place was as pictured, and very convenient for our family of 4. Pools were kept clean and we we were steps away from the beach. Only complaint would be that I emailed the owner on 2 occasions and called once. All for minor concerns or questions and never received a response. I am just glad there were no major issues because I do not know what we would have done.

Girl’s Weekend

We stayed over the holiday weekend. The resort property had lots of amenities with multiple pools/hot tubs and the beach was just feet away. The condo itself had everything you needed. The only negatives I could say was the 2nd bedroom was not very conducive to sleep. The beds were not very comfortable and there is a window that goes out to the main walkway. The condo is right by the elevators and all night long we could hear people right outside the window.

Fantastic Property!

This condo was very comfortable, clean, and the views are fantastic! We spent as much time as we could on the balcony overlooking the pool area and the beach. And there are two reclining chairs in the living room that are very comfortable. There is a bit of noise from other beachgoers gathering around the elevators just outside the room but it's not too bad. We had a very relaxing time and hope to visit again some day.

Great resort, Beautiful condo, just a few issues with utilities

My husband and I and our 9 years old triplets stayed Aug7-14.. We drove from NJ and when we arrived we easily checked into this condo unit. The punch code made it super easy all week to access the unit. Immediately upon entering it smelled musty and almost like the prior tenants had been smoking. I didn’t want to complain so we didn’t. We sprayed some air freshener and as the week went by the smell had dissipated. We then found a note saying the dryer was in need of repair and that maintenance was coming. That was disappointing since we packed light knowing we could wash and dry our stuff. We contacted Derrick and wanted to know when the repair man would be there - he said Monday he would find out. It wasn’t until Wednesday that the repair man said it would take 3 hours to fix and would let us know when he could come. He never did come. HOWEVER - we were rolling with it! We hung our stuff on the balcony to dry. If this was the only issue of the week no big deal! But it wasn’t- the double sink has a garbage disposal that also upon entering the unit didn’t work. I don’t care about using it, personally I can do without- but the water would sit stagnant in the sink and start to smell. So I purposely didn’t use that side. On Thursday morning I had to bring my son to the urgent care for his ear- and while I was away my husband began unloading the dishwasher. That also had filled up with water. My husband called Derrick who was apologetic and sent a repair man that day. At night when we returned to the unit the dishwasher was still filled with water which sitting stagnant again smelled terrible. We let Derrick know about it and he told us glass had been found in the disposal - but never again addressed the dishwasher with us. I wrote him upon check out and let him know our disappointment with the utilities- but also let him know the positives as well. The condo IS Gorgeous hands down. Easily I would have rated it 5 stars. The space is a perfect size as described, great comfortable linens, very clean, and the best views of beach and pool! It was a cozy comfortable place. I would love to even rent again from Derrick at this unit - with the hope of working utilities- again I understand things like this happen.

Great Place

The condo was clean, modern and included everything we needed for our vacation. Perfect view of the pools, hot tubs and ocean. The kids especially loved the living room chairs with USB ports! We had a great week and will definitely be back.

Great place on a fabulous beach!

We checked in a Saturday and all directions were emailed to me prior to arriving. The door unlocks with a code, so no key is necessary, which was great for our family of five. We could come and go without worrying about who had the key. The place faces the beach. Our kids' room had a window, but it actually looked out into the open air hallway. Everything was very clean. There is a sign by the air conditioner telling guests how to set the air conditioner to avoid it getting damp in there, and we were wondering if the last guests might not have understood, because it was pretty humid in the condo. It was difficult for things to dry, and even a couple of towels that were cleaned and ready for us to use were damp. We have lived in extremely humid places, so we just rolled with it. The pools were nice, the hot tubs looked nice. The resort itself seemed very well kept. If you go to the beach, the resort has a place to spray your feet, or anything else, to get sand off before going inside. And the beach... it was fabulous! It could get busy, being summer, but the tide goes out so much during the day, that it never felt cramped. There's a row of the standard chairs and umbrellas, but we always sat closer to the water than all of them. It's a fairly wide beach, so there was still a lot of room between us and the water. I walked to the pier almost every morning, and my husband and daughter would run to the pier in the morning. You can tell they clean the beach each day. We were close to all things North MB, but my brother and parents stayed in a time share closer to the MB airport, and the drive was never a big deal. It's quite easy to get around and explore. My only suggestion would be to have a book that tells guests fun stuff about your family, a place for all your guests to sign it, and some 'good to know' tips for the local area. Maybe there was one and I just never found it. Thank you for such a great stay! And thank you for responding so quickly whenever I had a question. It was a very seamless rental and a very fun week!

Fun time at Arcadia Shores

The property was as described. Modernized and had plenty of room for 5 people. Loved the balcony and views of the ocean. Very comfortable and the South Towers also had 2 large pools. 3 hot tubs and a lazy river. We had so much fun after not seeing each other for a year. We would stay again.
