3-sided house in secure residence (electric gate) direct access to the beach by gate panoramic view of the Gulf of Lion from Collioure to Leucate, from Canigou to Corbières, 2 terraces.

Composed of an open kitchen with very good sea view, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric oven and microwave, "NESPRESSO" coffee makers, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, sufficient dishes, pots and pans , stoves and utensils.

Living room with an exceptional sea view overlooking a terrace overlooking the beach (table and armchairs, barbecue), sofa, television. Another terrace at the front with table and armchairs, parasol, electric plancha.

On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, one with a sea view, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Parking spot.

Shops nearby, Collioure 1 km by coastal road.

Rental of sheets and towels, 20 euros per bed on request.

Wonderful location
Sea views and access to a secluded beach, and coastal path walks, all very beautiful. Apartment clean and comfortable and high quality. Just think would need air conditioning at height of summer, we were there in March, so everything was perfect. Thank you

Un super séjour
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement parfaitement adapté aux familles. Il est très bien équipé et très bien situé pour découvrir la région absolument magnifique. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir à une autre période pour pouvoir profiter de cette terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle.

Lovely apartment. Amazing outside space and furniture with stunning views. Great communication with owner/manager and easy check in process. Would really benefit from some air conditioning units as stifling hot in bedrooms.

Logenplatz an der Côte Vermeille
Perfekte Lage, direkt am Meer, neben einem schönen Strand mit kurzem Fußweg von der Terrasse. Port Vendres und Collioure fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich, praktisch aufgeteilt, sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche und problemlose Kommunikation per WhatsApp und vor Ort, herzlichen Dank dafür!

Fantastischer Meerblick
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen im Herbst in diesem sehr schönen, gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Emmanuelle war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die Beschreibung und die Photos des Hauses entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die Lage ist ideal (fußläufig: zwei kleine Strände, die Orte Collioure und Port-Vendres, die Einkaufsmöglichkeit bei Lidl, Einstieg in den Küstenwanderweg). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus direkt am Meer
Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Einziges Manko war, dass es dort keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren gab und es nachts in den Schlafzimmern unterm Dach sehr warm war. Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür und es gab eine schöne Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick. Allerdings gab es auch sehr viele Mücken, die vor allem abends gerne raus kamen. Die Anlage an sich war sehr ruhig, da auch nur die Bewohner Zugang zum Gelände hatten. Leider wurden allerdings die Häuser neben uns zur Zeit renoviert, was mit etwas Baulärm unter der Woche verbunden war. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Un petit coin de paradis à Port Vendres
Super location! Très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer et cuisine d’été, logement spacieux et avec tout le nécessaire. Intérieur très fonctionnel et très confortable. La chambre avec vue mer est très sympa. Accès à deux plages à pied. Quartier calme. Place de parking juste à côté. C’était top!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche verlebt. Sehr schönes Haus, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sauber, gepflegt, alles vorhanden, was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Séjour d'une semaine en juin. L'appartement est très bien placé (Collioure accessible à pieds à 1,2 km par la corniche - très sympa; le centre de Port Vendre à moins de 800 mètres) - Résidence sécurisée, parking - Vue exceptionnelle, plage sympa à moins 5 mn à pied - Appartement très bien équipé, literie de bonne qualité - Bref tout était parfait - attention cependant, appartement avec de nombreux escaliers (pourrait être dangereux pour enfants en bas âge)

Ideales Ferienhaus an der Cote Vermeille
Herrliches, sehr nett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit zwei Terrassen (einmal Blickrichtung Berge, vormittags sonnig, Frühstück und einmal fantastischer Blick auf das Meer, ab mittags Sonne und Schatten, Abendessen); Gut sortierte Küche, Spülmaschine und im Keller eine Waschmaschine; zwei Strände fussläufig (5 min) erreichbar; einmal Sand (Plage de l'Huile) und einmal grober Kiesel, Steine (Plage d'en Beaux, der für uns der schönere war), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lidl direkt bei der Anlage; wir haben aber immer in Port Vendres eingekauft 10 - 15 min zu Fuß; Collioure ist auch zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde gut erreichbar; Kontakt zu Emmanuelle sehr gut und äußerst freundliche, einfache und unkomplizierte Übergabe der Schlüssel. Selbiges auch am Abreisetag. Herzlichen Dank, Emmanuelle! Wir hoffen wieder einmal dort wohnen zu können.
