New renovation! 3 bedroom GREAT convenient newport walking location.

Newly renovated first floor, 3 bedroom rental located in Downtown Newport! This premium location is within blocks of St. Anne’s Square, Bowen’s and Bannister’s Wharf, Thames, Bellevue, Broadway, Tennis Hall of Fame, Museums, Movie Theater, Comedy Theater, Cliff Walk , Beaches, and an abundance of restaurants, shops, and harbor. While proceeding through the second door you are greeted by the bright kitchen and living room area perfect for relaxing or cooking. Further down the hall there are two bedrooms, both with queen size beds and plenty of closet space. Back out in the living area, feel free to use the pull out sofa for an extra guest. Also don’t forget to relax near the open windows with free WiFi, cable, parking is not included but there is some free street parking a few blocks away. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding dates and times. Pictures were taken while empty and painted

Newport visit, great location- not very homey.

A very clean and modern, but sparse apartment. Great location with walkable restaurants and shopping. If you’re visiting, bring extra towels, hand soap, hair dryer, and a fan. We expected to bring our own shampoo, etc. but we’re surprised by the lack of amenities. No ice cube tray? The beds were very soft and the sleeper couch was unsleepable. Didn’t feel like a home.

Great location and place

Spent a girls' weekend at this property. It's in a fantastic location-you can walk everywhere. We even walked to the cliff walk which is over a mile away but safe to get to as a pedestrian. The place looks just as it does in the photos. It's very spacious and we four girls appreciated the space to move around versus spending the same out of money at a fancy hotel where we would have been on top of each other. The owners were responsive and left their numbers in case of any emergencies, etc. I'm told the sofa bed was alright to sleep on, but what sofa bed mattress is? The place could have been a bit cleaner. Superficially, everything seemed clean, but we ended up using the swifter to clean the floors because we noticed they were sticky. I don't think that was the owner's fault though-probably a cleaning service trying to cut corners since the owner isn't there. This didn't detract us from our stay and we would highly recommend the place.

Newport

First time in Newport and I would definitely look into this location again. The property is very spacious and is very close to the main part of town. Property managers were wonderful to work with!

Amazing Stay

Had an amazing stay. Super cute apartment located in prime location walking distance to restaurants and bars on Thames street. 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Perfect for a girls weekend.
