To spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends, come and discover in the heart of a housing estate facing the Landes forest our holiday home (Delivered January 2018) of 118 m2 with neat and contemporary decor.

This villa is composed of a large living room of 50m2 with its open kitchen. The sleeping area is composed of 4 bedrooms with varied decor including 1 parental suite including its bathroom (Italian shower and double sink unit), a second bathroom with Italian shower and double sink unit, as well as 2 WC.
The equipment is complete (Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, ironing equipment, children's equipment (2 high chairs, booster seat, travel cot, stroller, children's bath)
Master bedroom: 160x200 bed, Bedroom N ° 2: 160x200 bed, Bedroom N ° 3: 2 90x200 beds, can make 180x200, Bedroom N ° 4: 2 beds of 90x200.
Outside, you will enjoy a heated salt pool of 7mx3. 5m equipped with 08 sun loungers, a terrace area of 70m2, equipped with a dining area for 08 people, a small lounge, a barbecue.
Located near MIMIZAN (ocean 10 kms) and Lake AUREILHAN (03 kms), ST PAUL EN BORN is also less than an hour from the Arcachon basin and the Pilat dune. Close to shops, bike path, lake, golf, horse riding center.

Very nice house close to the beach

We had a great time in Saint-Paul-en-born and really enjoyed ourselfes in this well-equipped House with nice Pool. Everything was clean and the beautiful maritime furnishing was chosen with love. We highly recommend this House and thank Sophie and Ludo!

Lovely Villa

Really enjoyed our stay, the villa is modern and extremely clean. It is well equipped with most things needed for catering. The pool is lovely, a bit cold though. Our only recommendation would be that the pool needs a hand rail as it’s quite hard to get out. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Sophie and Lude are really nice welcoming people.

Agréable séjour.

C’est notre deuxième séjour à Saint Paul en Born dans la maison de Sophie et Ludo et comme en 2020 nous avons passé une agréable semaine malgré une météo bien capricieuse donnant à la campagne environnante une teinte un peu tristounette. Quant à la maison, c'est "top", rien à dire et c'est aussi la raison pour laquelle nous sommes revenus. Je recommande +++.

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. C’est une très belle maison bien entretenue avec en plus une piscine à l’eau salée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Proche lac et plage. Je recommande.

Unfassbar gutes Haus

Das Haus alleine hat 5 Sterne verdient und noch einen Extra-Stern für die Eigentümer. Von Beginn an war die Kommunikation und das Ankommen sehr gut und herzlich. Die Abnahme am Ende klappte ebenso reibungslos und war genauso herzlich. An dem Haus gab es wirklich überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln, vom beheizten Pool bis zum Top WLAN: Alles auf erstklassigem Niveau. Die Ausstattung war deutlich über dem normalen Niveau. Es war wirklich alles da, die Küche 1+! Vielen Dank an Sophie und Ludo, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Einfamilienhaussiedlung, außerhalb vom Trubel. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie war jederzeit wundervoll, sie war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür. Zu beachten ist, dass bei Übergabe der Schlüssel eine Kaution von 800 € zu zahlen ist. Es ist anzuraten, eine Quittung vorzubereiten, da Sandrine, die Housekeeping-Dame, keine dabei hat. Rückzahlung erfolgt problemlos. Es gibt eine sehr detaillierte Inventarliste und es empfiehlt sich, wie üblich, Vorschäden zu dokumentieren.

La maison moderne est bien située dans une petite résidence à l'orée de la forêt. Accueil très sympathique. Équipements intérieurs et extérieurs excellents. Mimizan à 10mn, Mimizan plage à 20mn.

Séjour parfait, repos et balades

La maison est juste parfaite. Moderne, propre, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. La piscine est bien entretenue et toujours la bienvenue au vu de la chaleur extérieure de cette année 2022. De jolies balades sont possibles dans un environnement immédiat mais une voiture est néanmoins nécessaire pour les courses et pour se rendre au littoral. N'hésitez pas si vous désirez vous reposer dans un endroit calme au pied de la forêt landaise.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Verbesserungen

Das war insgesamt sehr schön. Einzig ein paar kleinere Verbesserungsvorschläge: Stabilerer Sonnenschirm, Haus war wohl länger nicht bewohnt und deshalb staubig, Eine Markise wäre schön und hilfreich, der Wasserdruck aus der Dusche war sehr schwach, die Kaution (800 EUR) sollte ohne Vertrag oder Nachweis hinterlegt werden, Generell würden englische Verträge helfen. Aber ansonsten ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Etwas abgelegen, daher nur mit dem Auto machbar. Grüße Cedric Balzar

Maison très agréable

Séjour très agréable entre amis avec enfants dans cette jolie maison. La maison est décorée avec goût, l’équipement est complet. La piscine et la climatisation ont été appréciés durant cette semaine de canicule. À proximité de la location se trouve le lac d’Aurehlian où nous avons pu faire du canoë et de l’accrobranche. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Drinnen und draußen ist alles sehr gepflegt und optisch ansprechend, jedes Detail funktioniert zudem einwandfrei. Der Pool und die Klimaanlage, die das gesamte Haus bestens kühlt, haben während unseres Urlaubs im Juli bei Temperaturen über 35 Grad sehr zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, wir haben die gesamte Zeit im Haus, Garten und in der Umgebung sehr genossen.

Magnifique maison de vacances

Maison spacieuse, très lumineuse, on se sent bien très rapidement. Tout y est fonctionnel et bien pensé, les équipements sont parfaits (electromenager, vaisselle, canapés, lits), la propreté irreprochable. La décoration est simple mais très réussie. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont parfaits. Le tout situé dans un lotissement totalement calme à 20 min de l'océan. Bref, l'endroit idéal pour se reposer et où profiter des plages de l'océan ou des lacs. Merci aux propriétaires très réactifs et agréables lors de sollicitations de ma part.

Mooi en ruim huis

Het huis is zeer praktisch ingedeeld met ruime slaapkamers, zwembad en de airco is een absoluut pluspunt gezien de warme temperaturen tijdens ons verblijf. In dorpje zelf is weinig te beleven maar in dichtbijzijnste stadje Mimizan voldoende winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden.

Tolles Objekt, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Liegt im Neubaugebiet, deshalb wenig Natur. Kunstrasen und Kies dominieren den Garten.
