Enjoyable

Warm and welcoming hosts, who provided good local knowledge and suggestions. We enjoyed our stay, the only downside being unseasonal weather.

Warm welcome and great food

Nathalie and Alain made us feel very welcome in their home with good food and lots of use of Google translate on both sides! The swimming pool is lovely. My 3 year old really enjoyed the toys they kindly provided. It was also a pleasure to have dinner with them their family and the other guests. We found lots of great days out nearby La Rochelle Aquarium, Marais De Poitevin and Île de Re. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

La France est ici

Nathalie und Alain sind die perfekten Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft. In ihrem zuhause fühlten wir uns rundherum aufgenommen und sehr wohl. Der liebevoll gepflegte große Nutzgarten dient dem Koch des Hauses und verwöhnt die Gäste. Nathalie sorgt dafür, dass es uns an gar nichts fehlte. Während der gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten tauschten wir uns aus, erzählten, diskutierten und erhielten Tipps. Meinen dringend benötigten Ruhetag verbrachte ich ungestört auf der Liege am Pool und freute mich darüber trotzdem "dabei" zu sein.

Un havre de paix en Charente maritime

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est magnifique et les hôtes d’une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet havre de paix à tout ceux qui veulent allier confort, belle endroit et mets délicieux. Un GRAND MERCI à Nathalie, Alain et aux 3 amis à 4 pattes pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Alain et Nathalie nous ont très bien accueillis, ils sont chaleureux et mettent à l aise des l arrivée.. nous avons passés d agréable vacances et le calme est de rigueur.. super moment passé avec eux en soirée , les petits plats d Alain sont exquis.. je vous recommande sans hésitation la maisonnette du bois si vous aimez la convivialité, le calme, la piscine , ect..

excellent séjour

Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Alain et Nathalie, nous nous sommes senti comme en famille. Nous avons super bien mangé et vraiment la table d'hôte était très très bonne et très varié et pas cher du tout pour entrée plat dessert et Alain c'est arrangé pour faire plaisir à notre fille qui est difficile pour mangé. Nous avons passé de super soirée en leur compagnie et certain soir avec des amis. Nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse. Nous avons adoré passé notre séjour avec eux et dès que possible nous reviendront sans soucis.

Vraiment c’est un 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 tant au niveau accueil, propreté , petit déjeuner et dîner (si nous voulons le prendre sur place) , piscine incluse etc. .. Allez voir leur site pour voir tout ce que l’endroit offre. Alain, grâce à sa carrière de cuisinier, nous concocte de très beaux et bons mets. Après notre visite, nous les considérons facilement comme des amis. Merci 🙏 Nathalie et Alain. De plus, l’endroit est seulement à une vingtaine de kilomètres de Larochelle . Vraiment tout pour plaire

Une envie d y retourner !

Une première pour nous dans les chambres d hôte , Nathalie et Alain ont mis la barre haute :propreté , disponibilité ,discrétion , convivialité ...un cocktail qui vous donne envie de revenir ,sans parler des mets confectionnés avec amour et avec des produits frais de son potager par Alain notre cuisinier . Merci à vous deux de se séjour agréable .

ACCOLTI IN FAMIGLIA

Il soggiorno in questa bella struttura di campagna (nuova e con piscina e giardino attrezzato), peraltro ben posizionata per partire alla "scoperta" del territorio di La Rochelle, ha riservato almeno due "soprese": la cucina straordinaria espressa dallo chef Alain; la simpatia eccezionale della coppia "padrona di casa". Ciò è risultato fondamentale , per farci sentire a nostro agio, negli spazi in comune con gli altri ospiti e nei pasti condivisi. Veramente una ottima vacanza.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Nathalie et Alain. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et les dîners divins. Nos filles ont bien profité de la piscine. Cadre très agréable et calme.

Beautiful house,garden and pool. Very friendly family run experience

Modern and beautifully presented inside and out. Alain & Nathalie are accommodating and friendly. We ate with them twice and experienced some wonderful authentic Italian/ French cuisine. Our children loved the pool and large area to play football and boules. Very private. Genuine honest people. Beautiful location. Great food.
