Our tiny house does have nighbors close by. The house is perfectly situated to provide a expansive view of our property and lovely view of Pisgah mountian range. It does however sit in the side yard of our main Reeves Cove cottage and we also have a very close neighbor off to the side. The design was such that all windows/doors were placed for privacy. - Absolutely no smoking indoors of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, marajuana). Guests who violate will be charged a $100 fee. Shared driveway please park in designated spot

A short drive away from downtown Asheville, this is a perfect little getaway spot. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and it lived up to the hype. Even when there was a small issue, the owner got back to us quickly with a way to solve the issue.
This property is as advertised. The check in/out process was very easy. The furnishings were comfortable and it was extremely quiet. The surroundings are rural with horse farms and I think some goats nearby. The yard isn't private as there are some other houses in close proximity but the views are nice. We were there during an extreme cold spell and stayed toasty warm.
Upon arrival at the tiny house I will admit we were a little shocked. Not by the size but by the overgrown weeds and grass and general malaise of the property. ( my dog wouldn't even go up the stairs). We contacted the owner and opted to stay at a relatives the first night because we were worn out from travel. The owner apologized and promised to handle personally the next day which she did and it was an improvement. The inside is tired, (smelled like bacon and cigarettes from a previous tenant) but we headed to the store and bought Febreze, candles and cleaning products to spruce it up a bit. Covered the furniture with clean sheets and vacuumed. Also it is a little warm on the hot afternoons even after keeping all curtains and blinds closed during the day so be wary, but once the sun goes down it cools off nicely. Ended up being ok but this could be a gem with a few tweaks and regular maintenance ......it is a beautiful and peaceful location (mostly) but IT IS NOT PRIVATE so be aware. Now that we've stayed and know what to expect we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Not what I expected
The property is very "open". Despite it being located in a more rural area, there were close neighbors on every side which provided no privacy. The unit has definitely been lived in and could use a refresh. The pictures are a bit misleading and don't accurately reflect the current condition. The fridge wasn't cleaned out and there were lots of random hairs and stains on the furniture, linens and towels (luckily I brought my own) that made being comfortable difficult. I did go to Target to buy some cleaning products to at least clean the place to a standard that I'm more comfortable with.
Also, keep in mind that it was difficult to find because of a lack of a street sign but the owner did her best to provide detailed instructions on how to find it. So on that note, I will say the communication was A1, I just wish the unit was also.
This little house has everything you need for a two person getaway to see Asheville. When we’re in Asheville we try to be outside as much as possible and everything is so close to this home!
We had our two dogs and they loved the little patio.
Overall loved the property. Was thinking it’d be a bit more private but still a great location. Close to Downtown Asheville and to Biltmore. Very clean and had all the small details in order. Would definitely recommend.
We wanted to experience a different vacation atmosphere for a short trip. We stayed at the Tiny House on our way to our destination and then again on our way home. We are so glad we did. The house was comfy and cozy as well as clean and neat. Lisa was great to work with and we will definitely stay at her properties again.
We loved staying here! The ultimate perfect couples weekend get away. It was our first time in a tiny house and it was so worth it! Tiny living at its best. The property owner was great and bed was so comfy! Will definitely be back
This tiny house is perfect for one or two people. It is outfitted with everything one might need for a stay. The house beautifully clean, the view is just wonderful and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Everything the owner said about the house is true!! I loved it and would definitely stay again!!
My husband and I stayed here for Christmas and couldn’t have been happier. We were close to Asheville and the scenery was beautiful. The owner provided kitchen and bathroom amenities, making traveling much easier. We HIGHLY recommend this perfect tiny home for a relaxing weekend getaway.
We loved this property! There was just enough room for the two of us and the attention to detail was outstanding. We loved going into the city and coming back to this quiet, cozy little home.
Lisa provided an amazing little house! She was easy to contact and provided a nice welcome book. Definitely would recommend. View of the mountains was a nice bonus!
We had a great time staying here! The location was great, close enough to Asheville but also out in the mountains. The place was very nice and decorated beautifully. It was comfortable and had everything we needed!
