Beautifully renovated corner/end unit has granite countertops with 4 comfy counter chairs for bar seating or dine outside on the lanai and enjoy the cool breeze and palm trees. The bathroom features a step-in shower with brand new shower head. The entire living space has been freshly painted, has updated windows and new furniture.
Large bedroom includes wall mounted 65" flat-screen TV entertainment center facing a recliner couch for unwinding after a day at the beach or down by the pool. Large walk in closet with plenty of room for hangers and storage above and below.
Walking distance to all the popular spots: 5-min walk to Royal Hawaiian Center, 10-min walk to International Market Place, less than 10-min walk to the beach, tons of food/drink spots around.

We are a retired couple enjoying Hawaii with our son and avoiding the cold northeast winters. We hope you will enjoy our little oasis as much as we have.
Why they chose this property
We wanted a quiet but central location near our son. We were looking for an area that would maximize our ability to participate in various activities without needing a car.
What makes this property unique
We love the friendly atmosphere this smaller condo building has, while still providing fantastic amenities like the salt-water heated pool, brand new BBQ grill and adjacent community kitchen. We also appreciate access to the bike and surfboard storage spaces.
