We absolutely LOVED this house! The size, the space, the gorgeous bedrooms, the terrace, the easy access to the beach all made it the most fabulous holiday for us all.
We were a mixed age group from us (in our very early seventies!) to grandchildren aged 12-17 and some sensible 40 somethings in between.
We walked, we swam, we kayaked, we sailed, we ate, we drank and we talked!
Entry and exit were so simple thanks to Livia and any queries swiftly answered by Stephanie by email.
Thank you! We will come again.

A big house on the sea
The house and location is beautiful- the bedrooms and shower/ ensuites were fine and clean.
However we were a group of 7 who cook every night - the kitchen was very old and tiered- the sinks blocked easily and there was no plunger to easily clear. The cupboards were full of previous occupants food and opened packets which we had to throw away to make space. The cupboards were also jumbled with many items which didn’t work like food mixers etc. Basically the kitchen needs a total refit to come in line with the price/quality of the Villa.
There were some drainage smells at the front of the house that should be looked into.
Also there was no instruction manual at the property and the house keeper couldn’t locate it either - simple instructions on where to take waste and recycling. Also no instructions on WiFi existed and we had to call the house keeper and owner.
Overall though the house was fine and it’s location beautiful, it just needs a modern and efficient kitchen.
