Perfect and convenient 2bed apartment, located only 25 minutes to the Big Apple. Bus stop is steps away. Apartment is a two bedroom and 1 bath recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay feel in style and like home. Kitchen is very spacious. Every bedroom has a TV.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing small load, $3.50 big and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Clean and safe

Great location in a relatively safe neighborhood. Great communication by the host, too. There's a Dollar General, deli, and 24 hour convenience store nearby. A bus stop straight to Port Authority is directly across the street, but beware of private shuttles trying to convince you to take their vehicle instead. On the other hand, that means plenty of private shuttles will pass by on their way to Port Authority.

Nice apartment

Fine flat to stay to visit NY. Just big enough for 4 adults, affordable, clean and plenty of amenities. Supermarket and coffee shop within walking distance. And public transport gets you to Manhattan in no time, the stops right outside the door.

Easy Access to City

Spring Break 2023

The property overall was exactly as listed. Nice size for me & my daughter. Did get a little cold at night, but the space heaters were a plus. I would say maybe having basic condiments wouldn't be a bad idea. The beds were pretty comfortable, although the pillows not so much. My biggest issue was being woke up evert morning at 5:30am by birds directly outside of the window. (Room closest to the bathroom). Ear plugs were provided, but I believe more so for the trains. The host Claudia was very responsive and quick with replies. Would definitely stay again just need to bring better earplugs.

Für New York Kenner ein guter Ort

Das Gebäude wirkt von außen nicht sonderlich modern. Grundsätzlich ist es aber sauber im Gebäude. Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist, bekommt man von der doch lauten Umgebung nicht viel mit. Es gibt Ruhezeiten im Haus, die leider nicht von allen Mitbewohnern eingehalten werden. An unserer Wohnung 4B war jedoch gut, dass diese nach Westen lag und zumindest die frontseitige Straße nur leise zu hören war. Was sehr nervte waren die nächtlichen Geräusche von der Wohnung darüber. Im Haus sind scheinbar alle Böden aus Holz und knarren sehr laut. Geräuschempfindliche Personen sollten Ohrenstöpsel nutzen, die in der Wohnung schon vorhanden sind. Beim Eintreffen war die Wohnung sehr aufgeheizt und konnte nur schwerlich mangels zu öffnender Fenster gelüftet werden. Wir haben alle Heizkörper zu gedreht und danach ging es dann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut und alle wichtigen Dinge waren vorhanden. Kochevents mit viel Rauchvsoölte man sein lassen, da die Feuermelder sehr empfindlich sind und auch hier mangels Belüftung kein Abzug möglich ist. Aber alles in allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Morgens sind wir mit der NJT Buslinie 125 nach Upper Manhatten gefahren. Diese fährt stündlich. Zurück kann ich eher die Linie 123 empfehlen, da diese zeitweise alle 10 Minuten aus New York Richtung Jersey City fährt. An der Haltestelle Palisade Avn. 18th geht man dann 15Min. zur Wohnung. In 6 Min. Fussweg ist auch ein sehr guter Lebensmittelmarkt erreichbar. Für eine Familie mit Erwachsenen Kindern ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und reagiert kurzfristig auf Fragen.

Clean and functional

The apartment was clean and everything worked well. WiFi was solid and air conditioners worked well to cool down the place during a hot spell. Only remembered afterwards that electric space heaters were available in the bedroom closet during the cold spell. Catching the bus outside the apartment was great for getting into Manhattan. Shower water was great. Overall a great experience

It was a lovely apartment and clean however, the location was kind of far from Manhattan. But the location had lots of food spots and clothing stores around .

Pics showed them big

Apartment was expected to be atleast 700sqft but could see a 400 Sq.ft living space only. My car parked in the garage had a damage , not sure if it was due to rats all around or by humans The bathroom was clean but didn't had vent which made the house to stink after use Kitchen top had a glass top which was not friendly for cooking as vessels tend to slip off Beds were described as queen but I appeared to be a full size than a queen. House had to be cleaned once atleast when people tend to stay more than 3 days . Didn't had any cleaning equipment to do that on our own Overall , though the neighborhood and accessibility were great , but it isn't justified for the price quoted. We truly think we over paid and top of it I was charged for water spilled on the couch.

Excellent Stay Overall - A bit far from Manhattan

It was a great stay here; however it's over an hour to get into Manhattan using public transportation. Also small bugs came out at night.
