Holiday home, in residence, with unheated swimming pool (open depending on the weather in July and August). Private parking space. Bright and very pleasant interior.

Equipment: electric hob, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 kettle, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 fridge-freezer, 1 washing machine, 1 TV, 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 garden furniture and 1 barbecue.
The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End of stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided. Pets not allowed.
Location: about 600 m from the beach (direct access - no road to cross), 1,200 m from local shops and 4,000 m from the city center. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
