P5H2O is ideally located on a quiet dead end street, 2 blocks from Pentwater’s downtown and less than 3 blocks from the Lake Michigan sandy beach at Charles Mears State Park. This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath has room to sleep 7 to 8 guests. The Master bedroom located on the main floor has a queen sized and a twin bed, bedroom two has a full sized bed, twin bed and daybed; and bedroom three has twin sized bunk beds. Linens and towels provided. There is a portable a/c unit in the first floor master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully furnished: stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. All appliances are electric. Satellite TV and a deck with gas grill for your enjoyment. Washer and dryer available for your use.
Please note that during the busy season, June thru August there is a 1 week rental minimum. A dog is allowed with a $75.00 deposit.

Weekly rate is $1,800.00 for rent and clean. A 6% Michigan Use Tax will be collected. A $500.00 damage fee will be collected by VRBO if determined by property manager.
