This Oceanfront totally remodeled efficiency condo is on the 2nd floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size bed and queen size sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. Credit cards are accept providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.
Guest to pay cleaning fee of $145.00
During the off season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units. The garage and elevators will be undergoing repairs in the off season.

We will come again. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The condo we stayed in was truly modern and up to date cosmetically with the top appliances & TV. Suggestion, clean the grout and you have a perfect perfect rental location. This will not stop me from returning again. Loved it
