Because of unusally large size of this homes beach frontage it offers an extra wide beach front patio that you can step right onto the sand. And a side yard that provides an additional private gathering space to barbecue and have a relaxing meal on a picnic table that seats 10 while still looking at the ocean view. If you have young kids or just feel like a little sport the beach can’t offer, then West Newport Park is a grassy, beachside spot just 1 block away and has tennis courts, handball courts, a basketball court and a playground for the little ones. There are great options for shopping and dining nearby. Walk one block for casual eateries like Eat Chow and Spaghetti Bender, or head south towards Newport Pier for seafood restaurants, taco joints, and more. For fine dining try Nobu in upscale Lido Marina Village, or The Cannery or Bluewater Grill.
