This villa is composed of a spacious living area, directly overlooking a beautiful terrace partly covered by a pergola, including a large living room, TV, WIFI, DVD, dining area for 6 people, fully equipped open kitchen, as well as 3 bedrooms including:

Excellent holiday

We had a great holiday in the Villa The house, pool, garden, and other facilities combined with a great view on the mountains made this the perfect holiday. Furthermore the area and location make it easy to visit all kind of beautiful places, which are all nearby, and experience and njoy the Alpes Maritimes. Txs Isabelle and Jean Paul for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Super séjour

Maison très jolie,bien décorée et agencée. Nous étions un couple avec deux amis et le fait d'avoir 3 chambres avec à chaque fois sa salle de bain et ses toilettes était vraiment un vrai plus. Pour finir, le plus bel élément de la villa est incontestablement sa piscine parfaitement arborée. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Größter Mangel Sauberkeit

Wir reisten als Familie mit einem Kind und Freunden. Das Haus war bei Übergabe in einem u.E. nicht sauberen bis stark verschmutzten Zustand. Zwar haben die Eigentümer angegeben, eine Putzfrau mit einer aufwendigen Reinigung beauftragt zu haben, dies war allerdings angesichts der Fotos für uns nur schwer nachvollziehbar. Die Fotos, die wir am Anreisetag gemacht haben, veranschaulichen unsere Eindrücke sehr gut. Auf unser Drängen hin wurde noch einmal nachgebessert. Und zwar durch eine eine Putzfrau, die zwei Stunden lang in der Küche die größten Unreinheiten säuberte und die mit einer Bekannten einige Tage später noch einmal drei Stunden den Rest des Hauses reinigte. Wir haben gebeten, Augenmerk auf Küche und Bäder zu richten, denn das war für uns unter Hygiene Aspekten am wichtigsten. Die Verhandlungen darüber verliefen in gereizter Atmosphäre. Sie endeten mit dem Hinweis, dass wenn noch einmal geputzt würde, wir dann aber auch wirklich keine Mängel mehr finden dürfen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass zwischen Mieter und Eigentümer unterschiedliche Auffassungen von Sauberkeit herrschen. Als Wiedergutmachung erließ man uns die Reinigungspauschale in Höhe von 150 €, die sonst am Ende der wie Zeit am gefallen wäre. Durch die Lage des Hauses in google maps sollte man sich nicht täuschen lassen. Das Ferienhaus ist bei normaler Fahrzeit ca 30 bis 40 Minuten von Nizza Zentrum entfernt. Man muss beachten, dass mit dem Auto Bergstraßen, Serpentinen, zu fahren sind, die einerseits keine schnelle Fahrt zu lassen und andererseits ohnehin den Weg durch die Routenführung über einen großen Bogen sehr stark verlängern.

Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Darüber hinaus sollte man beachten, dass die Vermieter das Haus bewohnen, es ist also kein Ferienhaus. Alle Regale, alle Schränke sind daher voll mit persönlichen Dingen der Eigentümer - das muss man mögen. Es wurden ein paar Schubladen freigeräumt, in denen man die eigenen Dinge unterbringen kann. Ein großes Problem stellten die stark unterschiedlichen Vorstellungen von Sauberkeit dar. Die Vermieter zeigten sich hier nach längerer Diskussion teilweise einsichtig und nachdem mehrere Stunden von professionellen Reinigungskräften uns uns selbst nachgearbeitet wurde, war ein insgesamt ausreichender Zustand erreicht. Zudem wurden die Kosten für die Endreinigung erlassen. Ein gelungener Start in den Urlaub sieht aber anders aus. Klebrige Griffe an allen Küchenschränken, dicke Fettkrusten um den Herd herum, Badezimmerfliesen, die zunächst - um die Eigentümerin zu zitieren - "melange" erschienen, aber eigentlich Hochglanz weiß waren, wenn man den Schmutz erst mal entfernt hatte und Wohnzimmervorhänge, die offenbar seit Jahrzehnten nicht gewaschen wurden seien als Beispiele genannt.

Un séjour bien agréable

L'accueil a été chaleureux, la maison est très agréable et l'environnement très calme. La piscine est un plus particulièrement appréciable parce qu'il a fait très beau et tés chaud (La climatisation aurait été un plus). Nous avons pu profiter de Cannes, Nice, Antibes ou Monaco qui sont proches. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants qui sont à l'écoute et sur lesquels l'on peut compter. Vraiment, nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de nos vacances. Merci Jean-Paul et Isabelle.

Calme et sérénité

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables ! Tout était réuni pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances : l'accueil chaleureux et sympathique, la maison située dans une résidence très calme loin de l'agitation du bord de mer, la piscine et le jardin avec un coin d'ombre naturelle sous un olivier qui nous ont permis de traverser les grosses chaleurs, le barbecue …il y avait même des jeux de société (notre fille de 11 ans a adoré) ! En bref un endroit où il fait bon se reposer et se détendre, idéal pour un séjour en famille. Encore merci !
