Balcony to die for! Relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the fantastic sunrise and sunsets. Literally less than a 2 minute elevator ride and a few steps to the beach and your complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella waiting for you (a $350 dollar value) from March to October. Amazing views and the sound of the surf from all the rooms from this 7th floor condo. in Tower 1. Black out curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep. LARGE walk-in shower and all new appliances. Washer and dryer. Wake up and look out at the beautiful Emerald Gulf only feet from your window. 2 beach chairs in the condo available out of season for the Beach Service. We have it all. Washer, Dryer, pull out queen sofa bed, hair dryer, TVs one in the bedroom one in the family room, beach towels. 3 pools 2 heated, tiki bar, gym and 2 Jacuzzi's! Grills at each tower for those that want to grill. (License number CND1305872)

Short stay in PCB

We stayed in PCB on our way back up north after a month-long trip from one end of Florida to the other and back again. Based on experience, we found it best to allow the end of March traffic clear before we embarked on the long drive home. This plan worked out well, and we had a very comfortable place to stay in the Long Beach condo. This unit is spacious and well- equipped, with a large balcony directly facing the beach. Nice views from the seventh floor. Lots of parking.

Best view, perfect stay

While a quick trip, I took advantage of this wonderful property the weekend before my busiest work season and it was just the mental reset I needed. As a solo travel, I felt incredibly safe on property and would highly recommend this condo for a quiet solo or couples’ getaway.The view is unmatched, as was the communication and information provided by my hosts.I am looking forward to a much-longer return visit sometime in the near future.

Anniversary getaway

We stayed at this condo for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect for our needs, and the Ginny texted to tell us we could enter early, which was a blessing. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Greet getaway

Had a wonderful time. Unit was very clean and host was exceptional with communication. All instructions were clear and check in and out a breeze. Had a lovely time despite the weather not being conducive to a traditional beach trip. Unit has a great balcony and the shower was amazing.All you’ll need is provided and host left a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch! Will definitely recommend to friends/family and hope to stay again soon when we can enjoy the pool and chair service.

Great condo!

You literally don’t have to worry about packing beach towels or bringing beach chairs with you, they are provided, there’s a couple chairs in the room to borrow, if needed! Plus the two chairs and umbrella that’s provided. That alone saves a lot of space in the trunk lol. The blackout curtains are a major plus to have, it’s hard to find a place to stay at on the beach that actually has curtains, let alone blackout ones!! The pool is heated and there’s two hot tubs too. It has a big balcony with gorgeous views! Will definitely stay here again. They have security and a gate, which is a plus. Great communication with the owner. The king bed was comfortable!

My husband, my son and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. Everything is as it shows in the photos. This condo is clean, well appointed, and has beautiful beach views! Bob and Ginny are wonderful hosts, offering early arrival and checking in with us after our departure making sure any items left behind weren’t ours. Will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!

I've stayed in this condo twice and it is always immaculate upon arrival. Kitchen is well stocked. Bob and Ginny are so sweet and helpful. It was the perfect vacation.

Stayed mid November.The condo was perfect for 2 people. The view of the Gulf was incredible. Kitchen was well equipped, appreciated having both a drip coffee maker & Keurig. Nicely decorated. Being there in off season had tons of perks; it was quiet, had the pools to ourselves, the beach was nearly empty, time on the lanai was peaceful listening to the ocean and not your neighbors, no waiting on elevators. Bed was comfy, plenty of bath towels and the owners provided tp, paper towels and dishwasher detergent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My husband and I moved from Maine to FL in 2016. I was born in Australia but lived many years in England before moving to California then to Maine where I met my husband. Bob was born in Maine left when he joined the Air Force then returned to Maine after leaving the service. We moved to FL a few years ago. We have always wanted a beach front condo to use for ourselves and rent out to others so they too can enjoy the peace of the ocean. We were very lucky to find this condo and you can't get much closer than this.
