Wonderful Stay

We had a great visit to Gumlog Estate. The hosts were phenomenal during booking and our stay. We had 17 people in our family for Thanksgiving and everyone had plenty of room. A great property!

Unbelievable stay on Lake Hartwell, everything you need for a perfect lake vacation!

The Gumlog Estate was perfect for our family reunion! Dr. John and Ms. Tanya are the kindest people and were a text away for any questions. Even after our stay a forgotten item was mailed to me. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Between 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, an office and a game room(where endless games of ping pong were played) we had ample room to be together as a family. The grounds were beautiful with deer and fox sightings, a fire pit near the barn for s’mores and plenty of deck space to grill and to star gaze. We enjoyed jumping off the dock to swim, as well as fishing off the dock. Plenty of space to dock a pontoon boat, too. A must stay for large groups! We’ll be back! Thank you again for opening your home to us. Stay well 😊

The home was in excellent condition with only one exception. However, we were well accommodated. The host as well as the owner were very helpful to all of our needs. Highly recommend this home for a group up to 20 people.
