A great little place for our adventures in Jasper NP. We had an excellent time. Really appreciated having such a nice kitchen and being able to wash and dry our clothes after a rather rainy stay.
This cozy suit was perfect for three of us girls to wind down and relax after a days adventure in Jasper. It was well stocked with spices and some refrigerator items. The wine and candies were a nice touch. The hosts were responsive, and definately made us feel welcome. Would stay here again!
My family of 4 felt right at home in this Vrbo. It was clean and well-decorated, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the supplies that we needed to cook. It was an easy drive to everything we wanted to see in Jasper, and was a nice and quiet area with other tourists around.
This place is in a secluded and quiet area though only a short distance to the park entrance. Very clean and nicely laid out. Had all the amenities we needed. Worth going back to.
Although a little further from Jasper town then we originally were seeking, it turned out to be a blessing to stay here. The drive was beautiful as is the location. Plus, our host recommended dinner at the Overlander Lodge (minutes away) which was a highlight of our trip. We had a 5 star dinner with an incredible sunset view of the mountains. There's also a brew-pub nearby which was quite fun.
Dan and Darlene are wonderful hosts and their place felt like home. It was clean and comfortable with a large kitchen and deluxe bath. We enjoyed our stay.
Thoroughly enjoyed the home and our stay. Granted we primarily used the home to sleep in only, as we were out exploring the majority of the day. We were greeted by the owners upon arrival. They were super friendly. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. We slept in the bedroom closest to the entryway and it was comfortable.
Good amount of space for two sets of friends to stay. Nice to have the washer/dryer and full kitchen, and they accomodated our request for a pack and play for our toddler. Blackout curtains were great! Hosts were responsive and even ran some paper towels down to us when we ran out.
Theres not a lot super close by so you may want to grocery shop before you get there. However the brewery down the road is great. The ONLY thing thats weird about the whole stay is the wifi password- we tried every iteration we could think of based on the note in the check-in booklet but had to reach out to the host to clarify/help.
We enjoyed our stay so much. This is a little gem of a suite and had everything as advertised. The location is quiet and peaceful. The art on the walls was so fun and quirky... I really appreciated the decor. Hinton is really close by with all the conveniences you need. The bed was firm and comfy, thanks for that, and the shower was excellent!
Would have liked better directions because it was hard to find! To be fair, there are no mile markers on the road, but we struggled to find the place in the dark on our first night. Would also have appreciated some kleenex.
I would highly recommend this location for a trip to Jasper.
Dan and Darlene have a really cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath place in Jasper. They reside above but give you all the privacy you need and you have your own private entrance. Beds are cozy and the place is very clean. Our favorite part was the location is out away from the town of Jasper and the ride is just beautiful. There’s actually a great local place to eat about 5 min away called Folding Mountain Brewery that actually has really good food and local beers/kombucha. We were visiting with our 18 and 22 year old daughters and we all really enjoyed the accommodations and beautiful scenery of the Canadian Rockies, coming from Florida we loved the weather and change of scenery. They have another rental unit adjacent that’s a 2 bedroom/2 bath with more room and a better view. That one wasn’t available for our dates but would have been more ideal. We had everything we needed during our stay and had an amazing time - thanks Dan and Darlene for being such great hosts!
Loved our stay. The place was clean and had all the things we needed. Only suggestion is fans since it seems that the air conditioner wasn’t working. We would stay again.
Darlene and Dan's place was comfy, and met our needs well. We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights while touring Jasper. Thank you!
