Bachelorette trip

We rented the house for a large group of women for my sister's bachelorette. The house was the pefect size, plenty of beds and bathrooms!! The kitchen was large and a great spot to hang out together. Charles was very accomodating with check in and check out

Family Weekend

Loved our stay here. The home is beautiful and spacious. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops on Broadway. Host was super responsive. House was clean and had everything you needed. Plenty of room for 10 adults and a one year old. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Great House and Location

A group of 8 women stayed for a "girls weekend." We absolutely loved the space of the house! The Home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is great as we could walk to town to shop and dine. We will consider staying again in the future!

Great family get together house

We used the house for a family reunion. House was perfect for cooking our meals together and eating at the large table in the dining room. All the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We enjoyed the game room in the garage. Great walking location to town and parks. Recommended

Amazing Wedding Weekend in Saratoga!

Perfect Saratoga Location

I had a group of 11 of us and the house was absolutely beautiful. More than enough space for everyone and only a 10min walk to downtown. You cannot ask for a better option in Saratoga!

Perfect location for our wedding weekend!

We stayed in this beautiful home for five nights when we came into Saratoga Springs for our daughter’s wedding. The house was perfect for our group of eleven. There is so much room and it was such a bonus to have so many bathrooms. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were ample glasses and mugs, both a keurig and full pot coffee maker and a very large refrigerator for storing all of our beverages in addition to leftovers from the amazing restaurants we could walk to. The “great room” open concept living room and kitchen which led into the bar with so much seating was the perfect gathering spot - when we weren’t on the amazing wrap around porch. We loved having the park right across the street and strolled it often and was sure to visit the farmer’s market held there on Saturday morning. We appreciated the large driveway and rec room garage. Being within walking distance to restaurants and shopping was a huge plus! Our host was very communicative and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything else and our stay there will be part of our memories of our family wedding weekend forever. We are already thinking of when our family might gather here again!

Perfect end to summer

Perfect. Cooridnating for friends and family can be a challenge, the last thing you want to go wrong is your vacation rental. You will NEVER experience that with this property. Fantastic VRBO rental that exceeded all expectations. Located just a short walk from town, the property offers easy access to a variety of charming restaurants and local attractions. Wonderful Home & Location

I cannot recommend this home enough for a big group/family trip. The house layout is perfect for large groups, with the most perfect porch to have coffee and gather in comfortable rocking chairs. The home is clean and well organized, with plenty of space. The rooms are all nice sizes and we particularly appreciated the number of separate beds to accommodate our group. The best part is the proximity to town, which is less than a 5-minute walk, and on Saturdays the house is almost directly across the street from the most wonderful farmers market. Host was communicative and responsive with clear check-in and out instructions. Overall a 10/10 stay - we will definitely be staying here again on a future trip.

Skidmore Graduation

We came to Saratoga for our daughter’s graduation from Skidmore and stayed at this beautiful house! Everything was as advertised and then some! We have family in the area and our extended family stayed with us in the house and at the Courtyard. It was a super easy walk for the family in the hotel to come and hang out with us and the game room was a huge hit. We never felt like we were on top of each other and Charles was so easy to get intouch with for the few questions we had. This has to be my favorite VRBO we’ve stayed in and we were all sad to leave! Every family member raved about the location and the space in the house. You can tell the owner takes pride in his home! Thank you for an amazing 4 days! Kara

Location and house were great!

Absolutely loved our stay - the only confusing thing was one of the upstairs rooms states 2 twin beds and a king in the wording but it’s actually 2 twins OR a king, so we were short a bed but made it work - thank you!

Great house

We were a group of eight woman. The layout of this home suited us perfectly. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Being able to walk everywhere was a bonus. We hope to return next year. The bar has been raised. It would be hard to beat this one. Highly recommended.

Location! Location! Location! Your car will not leave the driveway. What a wonderful place to stay if you are going to Saratoga. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. The property manager and owner are very informative about the house and the happenings in town. We are a group of 10 women who take a yearly trip and the house fit us with room to spare. I would definitely rent again, no questions asked. Suggestions: We really enjoyed the Wine Bar and The Olde Bryan Inn -Thanks for a wonderful stay.
