Perfect Home for a Family Vacation

I had children, grandchildren, a niece and the home accommodated us all perfectly. Easy drive to all the Gatlinburg/Pidgeon Forge attractions. So much better than multiple hotel rooms. The family time was amazing after a long day of play. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Exceptional property

This place was amazing! It was such a clean and accommodating home for the 10 people we had. Pool was great and all amenities were great! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting gatlinburg in the future. Close to town but also far enough away that it was so beautiful and full of nature. You will absolutely see bears and other wildlife but they keep the place so clean it is no need to worry!

Great for large families

We stayed here for a family reunion of five older married couples. Everyone had their own bedroom with a king-sized bed and their own bathroom. The house was clean and comfortable.

Property is large and fit our needs. We were without any running water for the entire first 24 hours of our 3 night, 2 day stay. There was absolutely no use of toilets, showers, etc, we were unable to cook or even wash our hands! This was awful and terribly inconvenient for 9 people. We couldn’t get a direct answer from the property manager as to what was going on for the first 18 hours, we then we found out through calling the city of Gatlinberg water department that a water main had broken within our resort area and the city had to turn all water off! It ruined our trip wondering when or if we would eventually get water to our cabin and looking for other places last minute to stay at! The water was finally restored, and we had 1 day at the cabin with water. I understand these things happen, but there was absolutely no attempt by the property manager to make anything right, also getting information from the property manager was a constant battle, with me constantly having to check in with them for any information. We will not stay at this or any other managed by Eden Crest again. We have not received a refund for the first 24 hours that we could not even use our cabin. I have opened a case with VRBO and they have been very slow to respond also!

We had a fantastic time celebrating the New Year at your property. It was perfect for our young adult family. We enjoyed the board games provided and we were close to everything. We will be back!

gatlinburg 2023

Property was more than we expected-photos provided online certainly don't do it justice. Everything was clean and, generally, well carded for. We were disappointed in some simple amenities- e.g. 2 pods were provided for dishwasher use (9 people, 5 nights???), one set of towels per person, no additional towels for hot tub use, no cleaning "stuff" whatsoever. You expect the home to be left clean (e.g. all dishes washed) but don't provide the tools to do so.

Beautiful cabin but no Wi-Fi

We rented this cabin as a family vacation spot . We had adults and two littles Ages 3 and 1 . Total of eight people . We should have brought baby gates to place at steps . We were unable to use theatre room at all because this cabin is not able to connect to Wi-Fi . When I rented this cabin I knew the Wi-Fi was spotty from previous reviews but we were unable to connect at all . Not always a bad thing we had plenty of family time playing board games and other activities . Just letting others know if that’s why you are looking at this particular cabin it does not work . The cabin is beautiful . Friendly staff . I would def return

Nice, but several issues.

Property management company was not good at all. Many issues: TV not working outside No coffee maker Internet slow Canopener was 99cents at the dollar store and didn’t work. The community is nice, I think the issue was the property management company.

The Property was very nice. WIFI WAS BAD!

Overall the property was very clean and nice. The only complaint I have is the wifi did not work. The property included TVs and even a theater room which we didn’t even get to use since the wifi was down. I called three times and every time I called they said they would let management or maintenance know (I can’t remember).
